بررسي عوامل موثر بر ميزان مصرف مرغ سبز: مطالعه موردي شهرستان سرپل‌ذهاب

Factors affecting the green poultry consumption (Case Study of Sarpole Zahab city in Kermanshah Province)

افزايش رويكرد بشر به نهاده‌هاي غيرطبيعي و اغلب شيميايي براي افزايش توليد محصولات غذايي، افزايش انواع بيماري‌ها و مشكلات زيست ‌محيطي را منجر شده است. در چنين شرايطي، ارزش و اهميت توليد و مصرف محصولات سالم غذايي بيش از پيش مشخص مي‌شود. در اين بين به مرغ سبز (مرغ عاري از آنتي بيوتيك) كمتر پرداخته شده است كه در تحقيق حاضر سعي شده است عوامل موثر بر ميزان مصرف مرغ سبز در بين مصرف‌كنندگان شهرستان سرپل‌ذهاب در استان كرمانشاه در سال 1398 مورد بررسي قرار گرفته و براي اين منظور از الگوي توبيت به روش دو مرحله‌اي هكمن استفاده شده است. دادهها و اطلاعات مورد نياز از طريق پيمايش هاى ميدانى با طراحى و تكميل پرسش نامه به روش نمونه گيرى تصادفى ساده و با استفاده فرمول كوكران از 382 پاسخ گو از ميان شهروندان شهرستان سرپل‌ذهاب جمع آوري شد. بررسي اثر نهايي متغيرهاي الگوي پروبيت نشان داد تحصيلات، ميزان درآمد ماهيانه، بومي بودن و توليد استاني مرغ سبز، برچسب‌هاي تضميني و ورود بخش خصوصي به توليد مرغ سبز با اثر مثبت و متغيرهاي اندازه خانوار و افزايش قيمت مرغ سبز با اثر منفي بر اخذ تصميم به مصرف مرغ سبز نقش دارند. همچنين نتايج برازش الگوي مرحله دوم رگرسيون خطي بيانگر تأثير مثبت ميزان درآمد ماهيانه، وجود بازاري مربوط به مرغ سبز، حمايت دولت از توليد مرغ سبز و ورود بخش خصوصي به توليد مرغ سبز و تأثير منفي متغيرهاي آگاهي از قيمت مرغ سبز و مصرف مرغ‌هاي سبز يخ زده بر ميزان مصرف مرغ سبز مي باشد.

Increasing human tendency toward abnormal and often chemical inputs to boost food production, resulted in an increase of diseases and environmental problems. In such circumstances, the value and importance of production and consumption of healthy products is recognized more than ever. In recent years, the production and consumption of healthy food products free of chemical inputs has been growing rapidly. In the meantime, no study has paid attention to the green poultry (poultry free of antibiotics). This study aimed to examine the factors affecting the green poultry consumption in Sarpole Zahab city in Kermanshah province in 2019. For this purpose, Tobit model by Heckman two-stage method is used. Data and information are gathered through surveys and questionnaires by a random sampling method of 382 respondents from Sarpole Zahab citizens. Examination of final effect of Probit model variables showed that education, monthly income, indigenous and local green poultry, guaranteed labels, had positive effect on consumption of green poultry, while household size and high price variables, had negative effect. Also, the results of the second phase of linear regression showed the positive effects of monthly income, the green poultry market, and government support for the production of green poultry by private sector
