چكيده فارسي :
از آﻧﺠﺎ ﮐﻪ ﺗﺤﻮل دﯾﺠﯿﺘﺎل ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﭘﺪﯾﺪهاي ﺟﺪﯾﺪ در ﻋﺼﺮ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﻪ ﺑﺮﺗﺮي ﻓﻨﺎوراﻧﻪ و راﻫﺒﺮدي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎنﻫﺎ ﻣﻨﺠﺮ ﻣﯽﺷﻮد، در ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻣﺮور ﻧﻈﺎمﻣﻨﺪ ادﺑﯿﺎت ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ و ﻧﻈﺮﯾﻪ داده ﺑﻨﯿﺎد و ﻧﺮماﻓﺰار MAXQDA10، اﺟﺰاء و اﺑﻌﺎد ﺑﻠﻮغ ﺗﺤﻮل دﯾﺠﯿﺘﺎل در اﯾﺮان ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ اﻃﻼﻋﺎﺗﯽ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ، ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘﺎﺗﯽ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ در ﺑﺎزه زﻣﺎﻧﯽ 1398 ﺗﺎ 1400 در اﯾﺮان اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ در ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ اوﻟﯿﻪ ﺟﺴﺘﺠﻮ در ﭘﺎﯾﮕﺎهﻫﺎي ﻋﻠﻤﯽ داﺧﻠﯽ اﯾﺮاﻧﺪاك، ﺳﯿﻮﯾﻠﯿﮑﺎ، ISC ،SID و ...( 204 ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ اﺳﺘﺨﺮاج و ﭘﺲ از ﻏﺮﺑﺎلﮔﺮيﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﺗﻌﺪاد 16 ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻣﻨﺒﻊ ﻧﻬﺎﯾﯽ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪ. ﭘﺲ از ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪوﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ اﻃﻼﻋﺎت و ﻃﯽ ﻣﺮاﺣﻞ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﮐﺪﮔﺬاري ﺑﺎز، ﻣﺤﻮري و اﻧﺘﺨﺎﺑﯽ ﺗﻌﺪاد 467 ﮐﺪ اوﻟﯿﻪ، 219 ﮐﺪ ﺛﺎﻧﻮﯾﻪ، 37 ﻣﻔﻬﻮم، 11 ﻣﻘﻮﻟﻪ و 3 ﺑﻌﺪ ﮐﻼن ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد، ﻣﺪل ﺑﻠﻮغ ﺗﺤﻮل دﯾﺠﯿﺘﺎل داراي ﺳﻪ ﺑﻌﺪ ﮐﻼن و ﯾﺎزده ﻣﻘﻮﻟﻪ، زﯾﺮﺳﺎﺧﺖﻫﺎ )ﺷﺎﻣﻞ زﯾﺮﺳﺎﺧﺖﻫﺎي ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺘﯽ، ﻓﻨﯽ، اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ و ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ(، رﻫﺒﺮي ﺗﺤﻮل دﯾﺠﯿﺘﺎل )ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻧﻘﺸﻪ راه، ﺣﮑﻤﺮاﻧﯽ، ﺳﺎزﻣﺎندﻫﯽ و ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ دﯾﺠﯿﺘﺎل( و ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ارﺷﺪ دﯾﺠﯿﺘﺎل )ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻃﺮحرﯾﺰي و ﻫﺪاﯾﺖ دﯾﺠﯿﺘﺎل، ﻫﻤﺎﻫﻨﮕﯽ و اﻗﺪاﻣﺎت دﯾﺠﯿﺘﺎل و ﭘﺎﯾﺶ ﻣﺤﯿﻄﯽ و ﺷﺒﮑﻪﺳﺎزي دﯾﺠﯿﺘﺎل( اﺳﺖ. در ﻧﻬﺎﯾﺖ، ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر اﻋﺘﺒﺎرﺳﻨﺠﯽ ﮐﺪﮔﺬاريﻫﺎي اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪه از روش ﺗﻮاﻓﻖ دو ﮐﺪﮔﺬار ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﮐﺎﭘﺎ ﺑﻬﺮه ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪ و ﻣﻘﺪار آن ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ ﺑﺎ 0/62 ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﯿﺶ از ﻣﻘﺪار آﺳﺘﺎﻧﻪ 0/6 آن ﺑﻮد و ﺣﺎﮐﯽ از اﻋﺘﺒﺎر ﻗﺎﺑﻞ ﻗﺒﻮل ﻣﺪل ﻣﻔﻬﻮﻣﯽ اراﺋﻪ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺑﺎ ﻧﻈﺮﺳﻨﺠﯽ از ﺧﺒﺮﮔﺎن، اﻋﺘﺒﺎرﺳﻨﺠﯽ ﮐﺪﮔﺬاريﻫﺎ و ﻣﯿﺰان ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮﮔﺬاري ﻣﻌﯿﺎرﻫﺎ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﯾﮑﺪﯾﮕﺮ در ﻣﺪل ﻣﻔﻬﻮﻣﯽ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، ﺗﺄﯾﯿﺪ ﺷﺪ. ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻧﻈﺮﺳﻨﺠﯽ ﺧﺒﺮﮔﺎن ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﻧﻤﺮات ﻣﻌﯿﺎرﻫﺎ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﯾﮑﺪﯾﮕﺮ ﺑﯿﻦ 2/1 ﺗﺎ 3/5 ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﯿﺶ از ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﻧﻤﺮه 2 )ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﻃﯿﻒ ﻧﻤﺮهدﻫﯽ 0 ﺗﺎ 4( ﺑﻮد و ﺑﯿﺎﻧﮕﺮ اﻋﺘﺒﺎر ﻗﺎﺑﻞﻗﺒﻮل ﻣﺪل اراﺋﻪ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ.
چكيده لاتين :
Since digital transformation as a new phenomenon in the current era leads to the technological and strategic superiority of organizations, in this research, using a systematic review of research literature and data theory of the foundation and MAXQDA10 software, the components and dimensions of maturity of digital transformation in Iran have been identified.The information population of the present study is a research that was conducted in Iran between 1398 and 1400, in which 204 articles were extracted in the initial stage of search in domestic scientific databases (Irandak, Civilica, SID, ...). After various screenings, 16 articles were selected as the final research source. After analyzing the information and performing various stages of open, axial and selective coding, 467 primary codes, 219 secondary codes, 37 concepts, 11 categories and 3 macro dimensions were obtained. The results showed that the digital transformation maturity model has three major dimensions and eleven categories: infrastructure (including managerial, technical, human and cultural infrastructure), digital transformation leadership (including roadmap, governance, organization and digital resources) and digital senior management (including Digital planning and guidance, digital coordination and actions, and environmental monitoring and digital networking). Finally, in order to validate the codings, the agreement method of two coders was used using kappa coefficient and its value was equal to 0/62 which was more than its threshold value of 0/6 and indicates the acceptable validity of the conceptual model Provided. Also, the codification and the degree of effectiveness of the criteria in relation to each other in the conceptual model of the research were confirmed by a survey of validation experts. According to the expert survey, the average scores of the criteria in relation to each other were obtained between 2/1 to 3/5, which was higher than the average score of 2 (average of the scoring range 0 to 4) and indicates the acceptable validity of the proposed model.
