اقتباس شيرعليخان لودي از «جامع الصّنايع والاوزانِ» سيف جام هروي و نكاتي در تصحيح «مرآة الخيال»

Shir Ali Khān Lūdi’s adaptation from Jāme’ al-sanāye’ by Seif-e Jām of Herat, and some observations on the amendment of Mer’āt al-khiyāl

يكي از مهم‌ترين حوزه‌هاي تحقيق در آثار ادبي، شناسايي منبع يا منابع احتمالي يك متن است. اين‌گونه تحقيقات ضمن اين‌كه از جهت روابط بينامتني مهم است، مي‌تواند در رفع نارسايي‌هايي كه به متن مقصد راه يافته است نيز مفيد باشد. پژوهش حاضر كه شامل مقايسۀ بخشي از مرآة الخيال شيرعلي‌خان لودي با جامع الصّنايع والاوزان سيف جام هروي است، نشان مي‌دهد كه لودي در تدوين قسمتي از تذكرۀ خود، بي‌آنكه نامي از جامع الصّنايع ببرد، از آن بهره برده است. تا قبل از اين پژوهش، تنها منبعي كه روشن شده بود در تدوين بخشي از آن، از جامع الصّنايع استفاده شده، كشّاف اصطلاحات الفنون بود كه مؤلّف آن، صريحاً از جامع الصّنايع نام برده است. اكنون معلوم مي‌‌شود كه لودي 56 سال قبل از آن، در تدوين كتاب خود از جامع الصّنايع، بهره برده است. در بخش ديگر اين پژوهش، با تكيه بر جامع الصّنايع، برخي نارسايي‌هاي مرآة الخيال بررسي، و شماري از ضبط‌هاي ناصحيح آن اصلاح شده است.

One of the most important areas in literary research is the identification of the possible source or sources of a text. Besides its significance as to intratextual connections, such research can be of some help in removing the shortcomings that have pervaded the text concerned. The present study, which includes a comparison between a portion of Shir Ali Ludi’s Mer’āt al-khiyāl and Jāme’ al-sanāye’ va ‘l- owzān written by Seif-e Jām of Herat, indicates that Lūdi has benefited from the latter work in compiling his tazkerah without acknowledging his source. Prior to this study, the only book that, according to its author, had made use of the Jāme’ al-sanāye’ was the Kashshaf-e Estelahāt al-fonoun ( The Discoverer of Technical Terminology). It has now become known that 56 years earlier, Ludi had borrowed from the Jāme’ al-sanāye’. In another part of the present research, based on the Jāme’ al-sanāye’ some of the defects of the Mer’āt al-khiyāl have been examined and a number of the incorrect recordings therein corrected.
