بررسي ابعاد اصالت تزيينات به‌كار رفته درخانه‌هاي قاجاري و بررسي تأثير آن بر ارزش فرهنگي اين مكان‌ها (نمونه موردي:خانه‌هاي امام‌جمعه، وثوق‌الدوله و مستوفي‌الممالك شهر تهران)

Investigating the Originality Aspects of the Decorations Used in Qajar Houses and Examining Its Effect on The Cultural Value of These Places (Case study: the houses of Imam Juma, Vosough al-Dawla and Mostofi al-Mamalik)

مكان­ ها آشكارا داراي ارزش ­هايي هستند كه يكي از آن­ها ارزش ­هاي فرهنگي است. اصالت يكي ازمؤلفه­ هاي سازنده ارزش ­هاي فرهنگي مكان است كه مي­ توان در مكان­ هاي تاريخي به ­ويژه مكان ­هاي ميراثي جستجو كرد. شيوه ­هاي تزييناتي معماري خانه ­هاي قاجاري، داراي ارزش ­هاي كالبد ساختاري ناب، با محتواي واقع ­گرايانه درزمان خود بوده است. عليرغم ارزشمندي بسيار خانه­ هاي دوره قاجار، مطالعه كافي در زمينه عوامل مؤثر درايجاد ارزش فرهنگي اين مكان­ها صورت نگرفته است. هدف اين پژوهش بررسي ابعاد اصالت تزيينات خانه ­هاي دوره ­قاجار و نقش آن درارزش ­هاي ­فرهنگي اين ميراث ارزشمند، بوده است. مطالعه حاضر، به­روش توصيفي-تحليلي، از نوع پيمايشي انجام گرفته است. حوزه پژوهش امام­جمعه، وثوق ­الدوله و مستوفي­ الممالك در شهر تهران بوده است. جامعه ­آماري پژوهش؛ بازديدكنندگان از خانه ­هاي منتخب و حجم نمونه (384 نفر) بود. داده ­ها به روش كتابخانه­ اي وميداني(پرسشنامه محقق ساخته) جمع ­آوري و با استفاده از روش­هاي تحليل­ عاملي ورگرسيون تحليل شد. نتايج نشان داد؛ كه ويژگي­ هاي شاخص تزيينات­ معماري خانه ­هاي مورد مطالعه؛ حجاري، كاشي­كاري، گچبري، نقاشي، آجركاري، قطاربندي، مقرنس، آينه­ كاري، لمبه ­كوبي، اُرسي و گره­ چيني ارسي وآلت­ چيني­ هاي چوبي بوده است. ابعاد اصالت تزيينات به­ كار رفته دراين خانه ­ها؛ اصالت بديع، استثنايي، ارجاعي و داراي نفوذ، شناسايي شد. اصالت داراي نفوذ با ضريب 0.466، مهمترين بعد اصالت و اصالت ­هاي ارجاعي، استثنائي و بديع به ترتيب دراولويت­ هاي بعدي قرارگرفته ­اند. تأييد فرضيه پژوهش نيز نشان از تأثير مثبت و معني ­دار اصالت تزيينات خانه­ هاي دوره قاجار، بر ارزش ­هاي فرهنگي اين مكان­ها، دارد. به ­طور كلي مي ­توان نتيجه گرفت كه ارزش­هاي فرهنگي خانه ­هاي قاجاري تهران، تحت تأثير ويژگي ­هاي شاخص و اصالت تزيينات به ­كار رفته در اين مكان ­ها بوده است.

Places clearly have values, one of which is cultural values. The decorative methods of Qajar houses had pure structural values with a realistic content in its own time. Not enough study has been carried out on the factors affecting the cultural value of these places, despite the great value of houses in the Qajar period. The purpose of this study was to investigate the aspects of the originality of Qajar period house decorations and their role in the cultural values of this valuable heritage. The present study is a descriptive-analytical survey. The research area is the houses of Imam Jomeh, Vosough Al-Dawlah and Mostofi Al-Mamalek in Tehran. Statistical population of research is visitors of selected houses and the sample size is 384 people. Data were collected by library and field method (researcher-made questionnaire) and analyzed using factor analysis and regression methods. The results showed that the special characteristics of the decoration of the architecture of the houses under study are carving, tiling, plastering, painting, brickwork, trainings, Mogharnas, mirror work, lambing, sash and knitting, sash and wooden masonry. aspects of the originality of the decorations used in these houses; are original, exceptional, referential and influential originality. Influential originality with a coefficient of 0.466, the most important aspect of originality and referential, exceptional and original originalities are in the next priorities, respectively. In general, it can be concluded that the cultural values of Qajar houses in Tehran have been influenced by the characteristic features and originality of the decorations used in these places
