چكيده فارسي :
نظر به اهميت راهبردي نفوذ فرهنگيِ نظام سلطه در استحاله يا سرنگوني نظام هاي سلطه ستيز، بررسي ساختار نفوذ فرهنگي و شناخت آن براي نظام هاي ضد سلطه امري ضروري است. لذا مقاله پيش رو با روش تحليلي ـ توصيفي و جمع آوري كتابخانه اي، در پاسخ به اين پرسش كه نفوذ فرهنگي نظام سلطه در نظام هاي سلطه ستيز چگونه انجام مي گيرد و داراي چه ساختاري است؟، به واكاوي ساختار پروژه نفوذ فرهنگيِ استكبار جهاني پرداخته است. بدين منظور به بررسي ماهيت ساختار نفوذ فرهنگي و ويژگي هاي ساختاري آن شامل ساختار كاركردي، ساختار هنجاري و ساختار فرايندي پرداخته شده است.
نتايج پژوهش حاضر نشان مي دهد كه نظام سلطه بر اساس ساختار منعطف، پيچيده، چند وجهي و گسترده ي نفوذ فرهنگي، طي سه فرايند تغيير در فضاي نگرشي، تغيير از نظر به عمل و تغيير در فضاي عيني مجبور به استفاده از الگوهاي خاص نفوذ فرهنگي به صورت در هم تنيده و هدفمند، شامل جنگ اعتقادي، اندلسي سازي، از خود بيگانگي فرهنگي، جنگ حقوق بشري، تغيير سبك زندگي، و الگوي غربي جامعه مدني، با هدف تغيير در ارزش ها، باورها، هنجارها، ترويج فرهنگ غربي، و در نهايت استحاله نظام هاي سلطه ستيز، مي باشد.
چكيده لاتين :
Due to the importance of the strategy of cultural influence of the domination system in the transformation or overthrow of anti-domination systems, it is necessary to examine the structure of cultural influence and recognize anti-domination systems. Therefore, the present article uses analytical-descriptive method and library collection, and in response to the question of how the cultural influence of the domination system in anti-domination systems is done, it examines the structure of the project of cultural influence of global arrogance. For this purpose, the nature of the structure of cultural influence and its structural features including functional structure, normative structure and process structure have been studied. The present study shows that the system of domination is based on a flexible, complex, informal horizontal structure, multifaceted and extensive cultural influence, and due to its effectiveness during the three processes of change in attitude space, change in action and change in objective space, it has to use cultural influence patterns, including belief war, Andalusianization, cultural alienation, human rights war, lifestyle change, and the Western model of civil society with the aim of changing values, beliefs, norms, promoting Western culture, and ultimately transforming anti-domination systems
