چكيده فارسي :
زمينه و هدف: خودرو نقشي مهم در پيشبرد مأموريت‌هاي سازماني در فراجا دارد، به‌طوري‌كه ممارست در حفظ و نگهداشت آن ميتواند در دقت و سرعت عمل انجام وظايف محوله ي سازماني تعيينكننده باشد. هدف از انجام اين پژوهش، بررسي عوامل مؤثر بر حفظ و نگهداشت بهينه خودروهاي سازماني در فرماندهي انتظامي استان كردستان است.
روش: اين تحقيق ازنظر هدف كاربردي، ازنظر روش توصيفي، ازنظر نوع دادهها كيفي-كمي بوده و به روش پيمايشي از نوع مقطعي اجرا شد. جامعه‌ي آماري پژوهش حاضر در بخش كمي، كاركنان فرماندهي انتظامي استان كردستان بودند كه در مدت پنج سال از سال 1395 تا 1400 با خودروي سازماني تصادف كرده و مقصر شناخته شدند كه بر اساس آمار اخذشده صد نفر بودند كه به‌صورت تمام شمار انتخاب شدند. در بخش كيفي نيز جامعه آماري به‌صورت هدفمند و نمونه ها بر اساس اشباع نظري بوده است. از آزمونهاي اسميرنوف-كلموگراف براي سنجش نرمال بودن دادهها و از آزمونهاي خيدو، آنوا، فريدمن براي آزمون فرضيات كمي استفاده شد و در بخش كيفي نيز از روش تحليل روايت مضموني استفاده شد.
يافته‌ها: يافته ها نشان داد عواملي نظير ويژگيهاي فردي-شخصيتي، عوامل سازماني و شغلي، سرمايه اجتماعي، نظام نگهداشت، سبك مديريتي، و عوامل نگهداشت به ترتيب اولويت بر حفظ و نگهداشت بهينه خودروهاي سازماني اثرگذار هستند.
نتيجه‌گيري: نتايج حاكي از آن است كه با توجه به وضعيت جغرافيايي استان، نوع و حجم مأموريت‌هاي محوله سازماني، عوامل فردي، شغلي و سازماني بيشترين تأثير را بر نگهداشت بهينه ناوگان خودرويي فرماندهي انتظامي استان كردستان داشته كه با بازنگري در قوانين، آموزش محوري، نظارت و بازرسي صحيح، و استفاده از نظام پاداش و تنبيه تحقق مييابد.
چكيده لاتين :
Aim & Background: Car has an important role in the progress of police organizational missions, as endeavor to preserve and protect it, can be determinant in accuracy and speed of doing delivered organizational duties. The aim of this research is to Investigate the influential factors of organizational vehicles optimal maintenance in the police commandment of kurdistan province.
Method: This research is practical in terms of purpose, and descriptive in terms of method and data type is qualitative-quantitative which is done through the segmented surveying. The statistical society of the present study in quantitative section was the Police commandment of kurdistan Province personnel who had car crash with police cars in five years from 2016 to 2020 were guilty that according to the received statistics, they were around 100, selected wholly. In qualitative section also, the statistical society selection is aimed and the samples selection were according to the theoretical saturation. Smirnoph-Gelmograph tests was used to assess the normalization of data, and Kidou, Enwa and Friedman tests were used for quantitative hypotheses examination, and in qualitative section also content narrative analysis method was used.
Findings: Findings showed factors such as individual-characteristic features, job and organizational, social capital, maintenance system, management style and maintenance ones are in sequence of priority influential over optimal maintenance of organizational vehicles.
Conclusion: Results indicates that regarding geography status of the province, type and number of assigned organizational missions, individual, job and organizational factors have the most influence on the optimal maintenance of police commandment of kurdistan province’s vehicle navigation that can be achieved through reformation in law, education-centrism, correct supervision and inspection and using reward and punishment system.
