چكيده فارسي :
اين پروژه توسط دولت چين، با مشاركت بسياري از كشورهاي ديگر، براي تسهيل تجارت و بهبود تداركات در تلاش براي توسعه اقتصاد جهاني آغاز شده است. در اين مقاله، ما نوآوري‌هاي زنجيره تأمين و تداركات مرتبط با بي آر اي(BRI)[1] را شناسايي كرديم. اين نوآوري‌ها شامل مسيرها و حالت‌هاي جديد براي تجارت جهاني، طراحي جديد زنجيره تأمين، كاهش اصطكاك‌هاي لجستيكي مرزي و توسعه كارآفريني است. نمونه‌هايي از اين نوآوري‌ها ابتكار كمربند و جاده در حال ظهور هستند، درحالي‌كه موارد جديد درحال‌توسعه هستند. اين نوآوري‌ها مي‌توانند مشاغل را قادر به بهبود عملكرد عملياتي خود و ايجاد ارزش اقتصادي كنند. در همان زمان، براي تحقق بخشيدن به پتانسيل‌هاي كامل بي آر ي، فرآيندها و فناوري‌هاي جديد كاري، هم ترازي مشوق‌ها، همكاري در بين مشاغل و برنامه‌ريزي بهينه لازم است. اين فرصت‌هاي خوبي را براي محققان فراهم مي‌كند تا نحوه غلبه بر موانع و دستيابي به مقادير كامل بي آر اي را كشف كنند.

The Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) is a massive, ambitious, long-term project initiated
by Chinese government, with participation from many other countries, to facilitate
trade and improve logistics in an effort to promote global economic development. In
this paper, we identified the supply chain and logistics innovations linked to the BRI.
These innovations include new routes and modes for global trade, new supply chain
design, reduction of cross-border logistics frictions, and entrepreneurship
development. Examples of these innovations are the Belt and Road Initiative
emerging, while new ones are being developed. These innovations can enable
businesses to improve their operational performance and create economic value. At the
same time, to realize the full potential of BRI, new work processes and technologies,
the alignment of incentives, collaboration between jobs and optimal planning are
needed. This provides a good opportunity for researchers to discover how to overcome
obstacles and achieve full BRI values.
