تأثير آشفتگي محيطي و آهنگ زماني بر فناوري اطلاعات و عملكرد: نقش تعديل گري اعتقاد راسخ شغلي

The relationship between Time Spacing and Information Technology in Environment and Organization Synergy: Mediating role of Career Decidedness

همواره توجه به تغييرات محيطي و زماني غيرقابل پيش‌بيني براي تصميم‌گيري مديران شركت‌ها اهميت داشته است. ازاين‌رو هدف پژوهش حاضر ارائه بينشي جديد درباره تأثيرات تغييرات زماني و آشفتگي‌هاي محيطي بر نحوه عملكرد شركت و فناوري اطلاعات با توجه به نقش تعديل گري اعتقاد راسخ شغلي در شهرك بزرگ صنعتي شيراز است. پژوهش از لحاظ هدف كاربردي و از نظر روش، توصيفي- همبستگي است. جامعه آماري پژوهش واحدهاي صنعتي بهره‌برداري شده كارخانجات صنعتي شهرك بزرگ صنعتي شيراز است. روش نمونه‌گيري طبقه-اي و ابزار گردآوري داده‌ها در اين پژوهش پرسشنامه استاندارد بود. روايي محتوا و ظاهري (صوري) پرسشنامه با استفاده از نظر خبرگان و روايي سازه با استفاده از بخش اندازه‌گيري مدل تحليل عاملي تأييدي استفاده شد. پايايي پرسشنامه با آلفاي كرونباخ و پايايي مركب مورد تأييد قرار گرفت. براي بررسي فرضيات مدل از مدل معادلات ساختاري و رويكرد كمترين مربعات جزئي استفاده شد. نتايج به‌دست‌آمده نشان داد آشفتگي محيطي بازار بر آهنگ زماني و فناوري اطلاعات تأثير مثبت و معناداري دارد. آهنگ زماني بر فناوري اطلاعات تأثير مثبت و معنادار دارد ولي بر عملكرد سازماني تأثير ندارد. فناوري اطلاعات بر عملكرد سازماني تأثير مثبت و معناداري دارد. تعديل گري اعتقاد راسخ شغلي در رابطه بين فناوري اطلاعات و عملكرد سازماني مورد تأييد قرار نگرفت.

The purpose of this paper is providing a new vision about relationship between company performance, time- oriented activities and information technology in the Iranian industrial companies. So, this study examined the temporal changing and environmental disturbance effect on information technology and company performance companies by the role of career decidedness mediating in the Shiraz industrial company. From the point of objective, this study is applied research and from the point of methodology, it is descriptive- correlative research. The statistical population is Research and Development units (R & D) in Shiraz industrial companies. Using stratified sampling Method and data collection tools is questionnaire. The content and appearance validity of questionnaire were measured by experts and construct validity was measured by confirmatory factor analysis. The reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha and composite reliability. In order to investigating hypothesis, Structural Equation Modeling and Partial Least Squares were used. The results show that the Turbulence of environment market has a positive and significant effect on time pacing and information technology. Time pacing has a positive and significant effect on information technology but it doesn’t impact on organizational performance. Information technology has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance. The mediating role of career decidedness in the relationship between information technology and organizational performance was not confirmed.
