ادبيات نفوذ، پس از اهتمام مقام معظم رهبري، به‌طور جدي وارد ادبيات سياسي كشور گرديده و پژوهش‌هايي حول آن صورت پذيرفته است. پژوهش‌هاي موجود پيش از شناختن ماهيت و چيستي نفوذ فكري ـ فرهنگي، معنا و مفهوم آن‌را بديهي و آشكار تلقي كرده و از آن گذشته‌اند و به‌مثابه يك اصل مسلم، پاي را در پله دوم قرار داده و به آسيب‌هاي نفوذ فكري ـ فرهنگي و راه‌كار مقابله پرداخته‌اند؛ درحالي كه بنابه مطالعات پژوهشگر، اصل چيستي نفوذ فكري ـ فرهنگي مورد غفلت قرار گرفته است. ازمنظر نويسنده، نفوذ فكري ـ فرهنگي مسئله‌اي پيچيده است تا جايي كه فهم درست و عميق آن، ممكن است اين راه‌كارها را هم متحول كند. به همين منظور، اين پژوهش با روش توصيفي تحليلي مفاهيم قدرت نرم، جنگ نرم، جنگ شناختي و ...، به تبيين نسبت اين مفاهيم با نفوذ فكري پرداخته و نفوذ را تلاش يك قدرت خارجي براي تضعيف و تغيير ارزش‌هاي حياتي يك جامعه كه براي بقاي يك نظام سياسي ضروري هستند، تبيين مي‌كند. در اين راستا هر انديشه‌اي كه در مقابل طرح ليبرال دموكراسي قرار گيرد، برچسب بنيادگرايي خورده و بايد ازطريق نفوذ فكري و فرهنگي، به انديشه‌اي كه با ليبراليسم قابليت هم‌نشيني و سازگاري داشته باشد، تغيير يابد. طرح‌هايي چون «شبكه مسلمانان ميانه‌رو»، «شبكه رهبران جوان» و ... در اين راستا پي‌ريزي شده‌اند.

To this end, this research uses a descriptive-analytical method to explain the concepts of soft power, soft war, cognitive warfare, etc. to explain the relationship between these concepts and intellectual influence and influence is an attempt by a foreign power to weaken and change the vital values of a society. It explains the survival of a necessary political system. In this regard, any idea that opposes the plan of liberal democracy is labeled as fundamentalist and must be changed through intellectual and cultural influence to an idea that can coexist with liberalism. Projects such as the "Network of Moderate Muslims", the "Network of Young Leaders", etc. have been established in this regard.
