بررسي كارنامه آموزشي موسسه فني حرفه‌اي اُرت ايران: 1329- 1357

Examining the educational achievements of Iran’s Ort Technical Vocational Institute: 1951-1979

در دوره معاصر، يهوديان و مسيحيان از طريق فعاليت بازرگاني، آموزش و ديپلماسي، يكي از حلقه­ هاي ارتباط ميان ايران با جهان غرب شدند. آنها با استخدام معلمان اتريشي در دارالفنون و تأسيس مدارس آليانس، پيشرو آموزش نوين بودند. كليميان در دوره پهلوي با تأسيس مراكز فني­ حرفه­ايِ تحت نظارت مؤسسه جهاني اُرت، به رشد دانش فني ايران خدمات شاياني نمودند. مؤسسه فني­حرفه­اي اُرت ايران ازجمله مؤسسات وابسته به كليميان ايران بود كه از سال 1329 تا 1357 با تأسيس هنرستان­هاي صنعتي و حرفه­اي در تهران، شيراز و اصفهان، پيشرو آموزش برخي رشته­ هاي فني در ايران بود. اين مقاله با بررسي اسناد آرشيوي و مدارك آموزشي برجاي مانده از هنرستان­هاي اين مؤسسه، در پي پاسخ به اين پرسش است كه نقش مؤسسه اُرت در پيشبرد دانش فني و حرفه­اي ايران چه بود؟ اين پژوهش با روش توصيفي ـ تحليلي و با نگاه به اهميت آموزش فني در صنعتي­ سازي ايران معاصر مي­كوشد تا جزئيات دستاوردهاي اين مؤسسه مهم و فراموش­شدۀ آموزشي را معرفي كند. دستاوردهاي پژوهش نشان مي­دهد كه اين مؤسسه غيرانتفاعي بدون تبعيض نژادي و مذهبي، با بهره­ گيري از دانش روز و به كارگيري هنرآموزان مجرب، نقش چشمگيري در توسعه دانش فني ايران داشت. امكانات و ميراث اين مؤسسه باعث شد تا بخش هنرستان پسران، امروزه با نام «هنرستان نمونه دولتي آزادي فلسطين» تهران و بخش دختران با نام «دانشكده فني شهيد شمسي­پور» به فعاليت خود ادامه دهد.

In the contemporary period, Jews and Christians have been the link between Iran and the Western world through business, education, and diplomacy. They were the pioneers of modern education in hiring Austrian teachers of Dar al-Funun, as well as in establishing Alliance schools. During the Pahlavi period, Jewish people had a great role in the development of Iran's technical knowledge by establishing professional technical centers under the supervision of the World Institute of ort. ort Technical Vocational Institute of Iran was one of the institutions established by the Iranian Jewish people, which was the pioneer in the education of some technical fields in Iran from 1329 to 1357 in Tehran, Shiraz, and Isfahan. This article studies the role of the ort Institute in advancing Iran's technical and professional knowledge. The essay introduces the achievements of this educational institution with a descriptive-analytical method. It also examines the importance of technical education in the industrialization of contemporary Iran. This research shows that the technical institute, without racial and religious discrimination, played a significant role in the development of Iran's technical knowledge by using modern knowledge and employing experienced scientists. This institute is still active today in Tehran, with a boys' school named "Palestine Freedom State School" and a girls' school named "Shahid Shamsipour Technical College".
