زﻣﯿﻨــﻪ و ﻫــﺪف: ﭘﺎدﮔــﺎن ﻫــﺎي آﻣﻮزﺷــﯽ داراي ﻣﺤﯿﻄــﯽ ﻧﺴــﺒﺘﺎً ﻣﺘﻔــﺎوت ﺑــﺎ ﻣــﺪارس و داﻧﺸــﮕﺎه ﻫــﺎ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ، ﺗﻔﺎوت اﯾﻦ ﻣﺤـﯿﻂ آﻣﻮزﺷـﯽ ﻣـﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧـﺪ ﻣﻮﺟـﺐ ﺗﻘﻮﯾـﺖ ﯾـ ﺎ اﯾﺠـﺎد وﯾﮋﮔـﯽ ﻫـ ﺎي ﺷﺨﺼـﯿﺘﯽ و رواﻧـﯽ ﻣﺘﻔـﺎوت در ﻣـﺮدان ﺷـﻮد . ﭘـﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿـﺮ ﺑﺎﻫـﺪف ﺑﺮرﺳـﯽ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫـﺎي ﺧﻮدﮐﺎرآﻣـﺪي و ﻫـﻮش ﻫﯿﺠﺎﻧﯽ در اﻓـﺮادي اﺳـﺖ ﮐـﻪ دوره ﺧـﺪﻣﺖ ﺳـﺮﺑﺎزي را ﮔﺬراﻧـﺪه اﻧـﺪ و ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴـﻪ ﺑـﺎ ﻫﻤﺘﺎﯾـﺎن آﻧﻬـﺎ ﮐـﻪ اﯾﻦ دوره را ﻧﮕﺬراﻧﺪه اﻧﺪ. روش: اﯾـﻦ ﭘـﮋوﻫﺶ از ﻧـﻮع ﻋﻠــﯽ - ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴـﻪ اي اﺳـﺖ و ﺟﺎﻣﻌـﻪ آﻣــﺎري آن ﻣﺘﺸـﮑﻞ از ﺗﻤـﺎﻣﯽ ﻣــﺮدان 20 ﺗــﺎ 25 ﺳــﺎﻟﻪ ﺳــﺎﮐﻦ ﺷﻬﺮﺳــﺘﺎن ز رﯾــﻦ دﺷــﺖ اﺳــﺖ. ﺗﻌــﺪاد 109 ﻧﻔــﺮ ﺑــﻪ روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧــﻪ ﮔﯿــﺮي ﺧﻮﺷﻪ اي ﭼﻨﺪﻣﺮﺣﻠـﻪ اي، ﺑـﻪ ﻋﻨـﻮان ﻧﻤﻮﻧـﻪ اﻧﺘﺨـﺎب ﺷـﺪﻧﺪ )58 ﻧﻔـﺮ دوره ﺧـﺪﻣﺖ ﺳـﺮﺑﺎز ي را ﮔﺬراﻧـﺪه و 51 ﻧﻔـــﺮ اﯾـــﻦ دوره را ﻧﮕﺬراﻧـــﺪه ﺑﻮدﻧـــﺪ (. ﭘﺮﺳﺸـــﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻫـــﺎي ﻫـــﻮش ﻫﯿﺠـــﺎﻧﯽ »ﺑـــﺎر-اُن« و »ﺧﻮدﮐﺎرآﻣــﺪي ﻋﻤــﻮﻣﯽ« را ﺗﮑﻤﯿــﻞ ﻧﻤﻮدﻧــﺪ؛ ﺑــﺎ اﺳــﺘﻔﺎده از آزﻣــﻮن آﻣــﺎري ﺗــﯽ ﻣﺴــﺘﻘﻞ، دو ﮔــﺮوه ﻣﻮردﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻨﺪ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ: ﯾﺎﻓﺘـﻪ ﻫـ ﺎ ﻧﺸـﺎن داد در اﻓـﺮادي ﮐـﻪ دوره ﺧـﺪﻣﺖ ﺳـﺮﺑﺎزي را ﮔﺬراﻧـﺪه اﻧـﺪ ﻣﯿـﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﻧﻤـﺮات ﺧﻮدﮐﺎرآﻣـﺪي ﻋﻤــﻮﻣﯽ ﺑـ ﻪ ﺻــﻮرت ﻣﻌﻨـﺎداري ﻧﺴــﺒﺖ ﺑـﻪ ﮔــﺮوه دﯾﮕـﺮ ﺑــﺎﻻﺗﺮ اﺳـﺖ )0/001
چكيده لاتين :
Background and Aim: Educational barracks have a relatively different environment from schools and universities. The difference in this educational environment can strengthen or create different personality and psychological characteristics in men. The aim of this research was to investigate the variables of self-efficacy and emotional intelligence in people who have completed military service and compare them with their counterparts who have not completed military service. Method: This is a causal-comparative research and its statistical population consists of all men aged 20 to 25 years living in Zarrin Dasht. A total of 109 people were selected as a sample through multi-stage cluster sampling (58 people had completed their military service and 51 had not) Completed the Bar-On and General Self-Efficacy Emotional Intelligence Questionnaires; Using independent t-test, the two groups were compared. Findings: The results indicated that in people who have completed military service, the average score of general self-efficacy was significantly higher than the other group (P <0.001, t = 7.5); Also, in terms of the mean scores of emotional intelligence, a significant difference was observed between the two groups, in favor of the group that had performed military service (P <0.001, t = 7.9). Conclusion: The findings indicated that people who have served in the army feel more efficient; thus, it seems that entering the military service and completing it successfully can make men feel more efficient.
