چكيده فارسي :
بيانيه گام دوم به مناسبت چهلمين سالگرد پيروزي انقلاب، براي تبيين دستاوردهاي گذشته و مسير آينده نظام از سوي مقام معظم رهبري صادر شد. هدف اين تحقيق ارزيابي برنامه آموزشي-تربيتي بيانيه در ميان دانشجويان دانشگاه علوم انتظامي امين است.
روش: اين پژوهش در رديف پژوهش‌هاي كاربردي با رويكرد كمّي و از نوع تحقيق‌هاي شبه‌آزمايشي است. در تحقيق حاضر دو حيطه دانش و نگرش موردبررسي قرار گرفت. جامعه تحقيق در حيطه دانش شامل 1645 نفر از دانشجويان بود كه تعداد 214 نفر در گروه آموزش غيرحضوري و همين تعداد در گروه آموزش حضوري به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. در حيطه نگرش 310 نفر از مخاطبان برنامه به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. در تحليل توصيفي داده‌ها شاخص‌هاي ميانگين، انحراف استاندارد، واريانس، ميانه، مد و در تحليل استنباطي آزمون تي‌زوجي، آناليز واريانس، مقايسات زوجي (آزمون توكي) و آزمون ميانگين يك جامعه مستقل اجرا شد. تحليل‌هاي آماري در نرم‌افزار ميني‌تب 19 انجام شد.
يافته‌ها و نتايج: داده‌هاي تحقيق در حيطه دانش حاكي از آن است كه ميانگين نمرات در پيش‌آزمون 9.16 و در پس‌آزمون 16.31 است. ميانگين برآورد اختلاف زوجي 144/7- است. با توجه به نتايج به‌دست‌آمده با اطمينان 95 درصد مي‌توان گفن تفاوت معناداري بين نمرات پيش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون وجود دارد؛ بنابراين در فاصله اطمينان 95 درصد فرض يك يعني وجود تفاوت معنادار در نمرات، تأييد شد كه نشان‌دهندة اثربخشي مطلوب برنامة آموزشي است. در حيطة نگرش 88% پاسخ‌ها در طيف بسيار بااهميت و 1% از پاسخ‌ها در طيف كم‌اهميت قرار گرفت. گزاره «اقتصاد» در صدر اولويت‌ها و گزاره «مذاكره با آمريكا» در انتهاي اولويت‌ها قرار گرفتند.

Background and objectives: The statement of the second step was issued by the Supreme Leader on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the victory of the revolution, to explain the past achievements and the future direction of the Islamic system. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the educational-training program of the statement among the students of Amin Police University.
Methodology: This research is in the category of applied research with quantitative approach and quasi-experimental research. In this research, two areas of knowledge and attitude were investigated. The research population in the field of knowledge included 1,645 students, 214 of whom were selected as a sample in the non-attendance group and the same number in the attendance group. In the field of attitude, 310 individuals from the audience of the program were selected as samples. In the descriptive analysis of the data, mean, standard deviation, variance, median, and mode indicators were used, and in the inferential analysis, paired t-test, analysis of variance, pairwise comparisons (Tukey's test) and the mean test of an independent population were performed. Statistical analyses were performed in Minitab 19 software.
Findings and results: Research data in the field of knowledge indicates that the average scores in the pre-test is 9.16 and in the post-test is 16.31. The mean estimate of pairwise difference is -7.144. According to the results obtained with 95% confidence, it can be said that there is a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test scores. Therefore, in the confidence interval of 95%, hypothesis one, that is, the existence of a significant difference in grades, was confirmed, which indicates the desired effectiveness of the educational program. In the field of attitude, 88% of the answers were in the very important range and 1% of the answers were in the low importance range. The statement "Economy" was at the top of the priorities and the statement "negotiation with America" was placed at the bottom of the priorities.
