مؤلفه‌هاي تأثيرگذار در آسيب شناسي رواني و درمان اختلال ميل جنسي زنان از ديدگاه متخصصين ايراني: يك مطالعه كيفي

Effective components in psychopathology and treatment of female sexual interest disorder from the perspective of Iranian experts: A qualitative study

درك بيشتر از اختلال ميل جنسي و درمان مؤثرتر آن با استفاده از بررسي ديدگاه متخصصين در اين زمينه سرنخ‌هاي زيادي را براي پيدا كردن آن‌چه اين اختلال را به وجود مي‌آورد و آن‌چه براي درمان به آن نياز است، در اختيار مي‌گذارد. بدين منظور پژوهش حاضر با هدف تبيين مؤلفه‌هاي تأثيرگذار در آسيب‌شناسي رواني و درمان اختلال ميل/ برانگيختگي زنان از ديدگاه متخصصين ايراني انجام شد. مواد و روش‌ها: روش پژوهش كيفي از نوع تحقيق داده بنياد بود. مشاركت‌كنندگان شامل 20 نفر از متخصصان و صاحب‌نظران حوزه خانواده و درمانگران اختلالات جنسي بودند كه به روش مبتني بر هدف و بر اساس قانون اشباع داده انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش مصاحبه حضوري نيمه ساختاريافته بود. تحليل داده‌ها از طريق روش هفت مرحله‌اي كلايزي صورت گرفت. كدگذاري داده‌ها، در سه بخش كدگذاري باز، محوري و گزينشي انجام شد.  يافته‌ها: برحسب نتايج، ديدگاه‌هاي متخصصين شامل 2 مقوله محوري سبب‌شناسي با مضامين اصلي (تحليل رشدي از مشكل، آسيب‌شناسي زناشويي، مشكلات جنسي همسر، مشكلات جنسي زنان، مسائل روان‌شناختي ،سبك زندگي ناكارآمد) و راهبردهاي درماني با مضامين اصلي (راهبردهاي فردي، راهبردهاي زوجي) به دست آمد. نتيجه‌گيري: اختلال ميل جنسي زنان، اختلالي چندبعدي است كه حوزه‌هاي مختلف زندگي فرد را تحت تأثير قرار مي‌دهد و پيامدهاي منفي قابل‌توجهي بر عملكرد و كيفيت زندگي زناشويي دارد. بنابراين لازم است متخصصان حوزه سلامت جنسي با استفاده از نتايج پژوهش‌هاي جديد و به‌روز به شناخت هر چه بهتر علل زمينه‌ساز و راهبردهاي درماني مؤثر در درمان اين اختلال بپردازند.

A better understanding of the female sexual interest disorder and its more effective treatment by examining the views of experts in this field provides many clues for discovery out what this disorder is and what is required to cure The aim of this study was to explore the factors influencing the psychopayhology and the treatment female sexual interest - arousal disorder from the viewpoint of iranian experts. Materials & Methods: The research method was qualitative based on the grounded theory the participants included 20 experts and therapists on sexual disorders who were selected by purposebased method and according to the law of data saturation. Semi-structured interviews were conducted from sampled individuals. In the analysis of data, a colaizzi seven-step cluster pattern was used. Data coding was performed in three sections of open, axial and selective coding. Results: According to the results , experts ' views include 2 central categories of etiology with main themes ( developmental analysis of the problem , marital pathology , spouse sexual problems , women's sexual problems , psychological issues , dysfunctional lifestyle ) and treatment strategies with main themes ( individual strategies , Pair strategies ) were obtained Conclusion: female sexual interest disorder is a multidimensional disorder that affects different areas of a person's life and has significant negative consequences on the performance and quality of married life. Therefore, it is necessary for experts in the field of sexual health to use the results of new and up-to-date researches to better understand the underlying causes and effective treatment strategies in the treatment of this disorder.
