چكيده فارسي :
ديپلماسي دفاعي به عنوان شيوه نويني از ارائه توان نظامي، به مثابه سازوكاري است كه دولت ها مي كوشند، به‌واسطۀ آن از امتيازات و توانايي هاي خود در حوزۀ دفاعي براي وابسته كردن ديگر كشورها به خود، افزايش وابستگي متقابل امنيتي، جلب اعتماد، جلوگيري از بروز منازعه، حل منازعه‌ها، ايجاد چارچوبهاي امنيتي منطقهi اي و مانند اين‌ها استفاده كنند و هدف آن را مي‌توان ايجاد شرايط سياسي و ملي و بين‌المللي مطلوب براي حفظ و گسترش ارزش‌هاي ملي و حياتي كشور در برابر دشمنان بالفعل و بالقوه دانست. نوشتار توصيفي- تحليلي حاضر با هدف تبيين نقش ديپلماسي دفاعي جمهوري اسلامي ايران در گام دوم انقلاب اسلامي تلاش دارد به اين سوال اصلي پاسخ دهد كه ديپلماسي دفاعي جمهوري اسلامي ايران در گام دوم انقلاب اسلامي و در راستاي ارتقاي امنيتي و عمق‌بخشي به اين انقلاب بايد داراي چه اهداف، راهبرد و الزاماتي باشد. نتايج و يافته هاي تحقيق حاضر نشان مي دهد كه ديپلماسي دفاعي جمهوري اسلامي ايران بواسطه اهداف و راهبردهاي هچون مديريت حوزه‌هاي امنيتي، فراهم كردن زمينه تأمين فناوري تجهيزات يا تسليحات دفاعي، نقش‌آفريني در بازدارندگي، خلع سلاح و كنترل تسليحاتي، كسب منافع اقتصادي، اعتمادسازي در حوزه هاي نظامي، مبارزه با تروريسم، گسترش همكاري هاي دفاعي- نظامي با كشورها، توسعه تعاملات با نهادهاي منطقه اي و بين المللي گامي مؤثر در توليد و زايش بيش از پيش قدرت ملي، نيل به ثبات و امنيت پايدار در فرايند گام دوم انقلاب اسلامي در مسير تمدن سازي نوين بشمار مي آيد.

Defense diplomacy, as a new way of presenting military power, is a mechanism by which governments seek to increase their security interdependence by increasing their defense capabilities and capabilities to make other countries dependent on each other. Confidence, conflict prevention, conflict resolution, regional security frameworks, and the like can be used to create favorable political, national, and international conditions for the preservation and expansion of the country's vital national values against real enemies. The present descriptive-analytical article, with the aim of explaining the role of defense diplomacy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the second step of the Islamic Revolution, tries to answer the main question that the defense diplomacy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the second step of the Islamic Revolution and in order to promote security and depth to this revolution. What are the goals, strategies and requirements? The results and findings of the present study show that the defense diplomacy of the Islamic Republic of Iran through goals and strategies such as security management, providing technology for defense equipment or weapons, creating a role in deterrence, disarmament and arms control, gaining economic benefits, building trust in Military spheres, fight against terrorism, expansion of defense-military cooperation with countries, development of interactions with regional and international institutions, an effective step in the production and further birth of national power, achieving stability and lasting security in the process of the second step of the Islamic Revolution It is considered in the path of modern civilization.
