راهبرد هاي ارزشي فرماندهان، در راهبري و مديريت فرهنگ ايثار و دلاوري نقش آفرين است. تحقيق حاضر از نظر هدف كاربردي بوده و سعي دارد تا با الهام از روش داده بنياد و رويكرد تفسيري، مدل پارادايميِ " ارزش هاي فرماندهان دفاع مقدس "، را كشف نمايد. جمع آوري داده ها با استفاده ازروش مصاحبه نيمه ساختاريافته، در محدوده ي زماني سال هاي 1399-1397 به روش كيفي صورت پذيرفته است. ميدان مطالعه خبرگان فرماندهان و سرداران دوران دفاع مقدس بودند كه به روش نمونه گيري هدفمند و بر مبناي شاخص اشباع نظري تعداد پانزده نفر از آنها، به عنوان نمونه اي ازجامعه ي پژوهش مورد مصاحبه قرار گرفتند. كدهاي حاصل از متن گزاره ها، با استفاده از روش تحليل محتوا احصاء شدند و سپس بر مبناي آن ها، مدل پارادايميِ ارزش هاي فرماندهان دفاع مقدس به صورتي داده بنياد شناسايي شد. پس از روايي سنجي واعتباريابي مدل كشف شده بر مبناي شاخص هاي الگوي داده بنياد، روايت نظري اين پژوهش با توجه به مدل احصاءشده، بدين شرح جلوه گر شد:«تجربه هشت سال دفاع مقدس با وجود رهبراني سرآمد و آرمان‌هايي خدامحور، در بستر كهن‌الگوهاي ديني و جذب كاريزماتيك پيروان با استراتژي‌هاي سازماندهي و همراستايي و تلفيق فرماندهي نهادي و هيأتي به پيامدهاي گسترش حاكميت قانون خدا و انگيزه خدمت‌رساني عمومي در راهبرد هاي ارزشي منابع انساني دفاع مقدس منجر شده است» . در ادامه پيشنهادهاي علمي - اجرايي مبتني بر يافته هاي تحقيق ارائه شده است.

Commanders' value strategies play a role in leading and managing the culture of self-sacrifice and bravery. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and tries to discover the paradigm model of "values ​​of holy defense commanders" inspired by the foundation data method and interpretive approach. Data collection was performed using a semi-structured interview method in the period of 1397-1397 in a qualitative manner. The study area was the commanders and commanders of the holy defense era who were interviewed by purposive sampling method based on the theoretical saturation index of fifteen of them as a sample of the research community. The codes derived from the text of the propositions were counted using the content analysis method, and then based on them, the paradigm model of the values ​​of the commanders of the Holy Defense was identified as the foundation data. After validation and validation of the discovered model based on the data model index of the foundation, the theoretical narrative of this research according to the calculated model was expressed as follows: "And the charismatic recruitment of followers with organizational and alignment strategies and the integration of institutional and delegation command has led to the consequences of expanding the rule of law of God and the motivation of public service in the value strategies of sacred human resources." The following are scientific-executive suggestions based on research findings.
