Analysis of Hadith Jurisprudence Conflict of Narrations "The Length of the First Period of Training"

روايات تربيتي از مهمترين رواياتي هستند كه بسياري از مسايل پيچيده تربيتي را پاسخ مي دهند. در ميان اين روايات، روايات «طول دوره نخست تربيت» از روايات بنيادين و اساسي هستند كه در ديگر روايات تربيتي اثرگذار و تعيين كننده مي باشند. اين روايات، دو بازه زماني شش ساله و هفت ساله را براي دوره نخست تربيت تعيين مي كنند. گونه گوني و اختلاف دو بازه شش ساله و هفت ساله، وجود تعارض ميان اين روايات را حاكي است. پژوهش حاضر بر آن است تا با بهره گيري از قواعد و ضوابط حل تعارض و تحقيقات سندي تعارض موجود را حل كند. مطالعه دقيق اين روايات نشان مي دهد كه تعارض موجود ناظر به نوسان دوره نخست تربيت در افراد مختلف است و اين نوسان ناشي از عوامل تربيت چون عامل «ژنتيك»، عامل «محيط» و اثرگذاري «اختلاف جنسيتي» در رشد مي باشد و روايات شش سال و هفت سال به ترتيب، حداقل و حداكثر طول دوره نخست تربيت را براي افراد گوناگون در شرايط مختلف تعيين مي كنند.

Educational narrations are one of the most important narrations that answer many complex educational problems. Among these narrations, the narrations of "the duration of the first period of education" are among the fundamental narrations that are effective and decisive in other educational narrations. These narrations determine two time periods of six years and seven years for the first period of education. The variety and difference between the two periods of six years and seven years indicate the existence of a conflict between these narrations. The present study intends to resolve the existing conflict by using the rules and regulations of conflict resolution and documentary research. Careful study of these narrations shows that the existing conflict is related to the fluctuation of the first period of education in different people and this fluctuation is due to educational factors such as "genetics", "environment" and the effect of "gender differences" in growth. and seven years, respectively, determine the minimum and maximum length of the first training period for different people in different situations.
