بررسي رابطه فعاليت هاي فرهنگي مدارس و تربيت فرهنگي دانش آموزان در آموزش و پرورش منطقه 5 شهر تهران

Investigating the relationship between cultural activities of schools and cultural education of students in education in District 5 of Tehran

تربيت يكي از مباحث مورد توجه اديان و مكاتب مختلف در طول قرون و اعصار بوده است يكي از مهمترين ابعادتربيت، بعد تربيت فرهنگي است. براي تربيت فرهنگي بهترين دوران، دوران كودكي است. اين تحقيق در راستاي بررسي نقش فعاليت هاي فرهنگي مدارس در تربيت فرهنگي دانش آموزان درآموزش و پرورش منطقه 5 شهر تهران انجام شده است. روش تحقيق در اين پژوهش از نظر هدف كاربردي، از نظر نوع داده ها كمي و از نظر نحوه گردآوري داده ها، توصيفي و تحليلي است. جامعه آماري دانش آموزان پسر مقطع متوسطه مي باشند. تعداد آنها حدودا 1500 نفر كه(بر اساس شيوه نمونه گيري مندرج در جدول مورگان) تعداد 306 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شده اند. سپس بر اساس مدل مفهومي پژوهش، سوالات و فرضيه هاي پژوهش، با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته، گويه هاي مستخرجه در نمونه آماري تحقيق مورد پرسش قرار گرفته است. در بخش آمار توصيفي، توصيف داده ها در دو بخش متغير هاي زمينه اي و متغير هاي اصلي ارايه گرديده و در بخش آمار استنباطي ، جهت بررسي فرضيه هاي تحقيق از آزمون همبستگي اسپيرمن (ناپارامتري) استفاده شده است. با توجه به مثبت بودن علامت ضريب رگرسيوني مي توان گفت فعاليت هاي فرهنگي مدارس بر تربيت دانش آموزان درآموزش و پرورش منطقه 5 شهر تهران تاثير مثبت دارد. تربيت فرهنگي در حوزه بينشي دانش آموزان داراي رتبه اولمي باشد و متغير تربيت فرهنگي در حوزه رفتاري دانش آموزان داراي رتبه آخر مي باشد.

Education has been one of the topics of interest to different religions and schools throughout the centuries. One of the most important aspects of education is the cultural education dimension. The best time for cultural education is childhood. This research has been done in order to investigate the role of cultural activities of schools in the cultural education of students in the education of District 5 of Tehran. The research method in this research is quantitative in terms of applied purpose, quantitative in terms of data type and descriptive and analytical in terms of data collection. The statistical population is male high school. There are about 1,500 of them (based on the sampling method in Morgan table) 306 people have been selected as the sample. Then, based on the conceptual model of the research, the questions and hypotheses of the research, using a researcher-made questionnaire, the extracted items in the statistical sample of the research have been questioned. In the descriptive statistics section, data descriptions are presented in two sections: contextual variables and main variables, and in the inferential statistics section, the Spearman correlation test (non-parametric) is used to test the research hypotheses. Considering the positive sign of the regression coefficient, it can be said that the cultural activities of schools have a positive effect on the education of students in the education of District 5 of Tehran. Cultural education in the field of students 'insight has the first rank and the variable of cultural education in the field of students' behavior has the last rank.
