تأثير رهبري معنوي بر كارآفريني الكترونيكي با توجه به نقش ميانجي يادگيري سازماني (مورد مطالعه: كاركنان حوزه مالي وزارت آموزش و پرورش)

The effect of spiritual leadership on electronic entrepreneurship due to the role of organizational learning mediator (study: Financial staff of the Ministry of Education)

هدف اين تحقيق بررسي نقش ميانجي يادگيري سازماني در تاثير رهبري معنوي بر كارآفريني كارآفريني الكترونيكي در آموزش و پرورش بود. روش پژوهش بر حسب هدف كاربردي و به لحاظ روش گرداوري داده ها توصيفي-همبستگي بود. جامعه آماري پژوهش شامل 360 نفر از كاركنان حوزه مالي وزارت آموزش و پرورش بود كه از اين ميان با استفاده از جدول مورگان و روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي ساده 186 نفر به عنوان حجم نمونه در نظر گرفته شد. تحليل پرسش‌نامه‌هاي جمع‌آوري شده از جامعه‌ي تحقيق و آزمودن فرضيه‌ها با استفاده از روش مدل-سازي معادلات ساختاري و به كمك نرم‌افزار Smart PLS 2 در دو بخش مدل اندازه‌گيري و بخش ساختاري انجام پذيرفت. پايايي، روايي همگرا و روايي واگراي پرسشنامه در بخش مدل اندازه‌گيري بررسي گشت و در بخش دوم، ضرايب معناداري نرم‌افزار براي بررسي فرضيه‌هاي پژوهش مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند. نتايج پژوهش تاثير معنادار رهبري معنوي بر كارآفريني الكترونيك ؛ رهبري معنوي بر يادگيري سازماني؛ يادگيري سازماني بر كارآفريني الكترونيك و همچنين نقش ميانجي يادگيري سازماني در تاثير رهبري معنوي بر كارآفريني الكترونيك تأييد كرد.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of mediator of organizational learning on the impact of spiritual leadership on electronic entrepreneurship entrepreneurship in education. The research method was descriptive-correlational in terms of purpose and data collection method. The statistical population of the study consisted of 360 financial staff members of the Ministry of Education, including using Morgan table and simple random sampling method, 186 people were considered as sample size. Analysis of the questionnaire collected from the research and testing of the hypotheses was performed using structural equation modeling method and using SMART PLS 2 software in two parts of the measurement model and the structural section . Reliability, convergent validity and validity of the questionnaire were reviewed in the measurement model and in the second section, the semantic coefficients of software were used to examine the research hypotheses. Research results have a significant effect on spiritual leadership on electronic entrepreneurship; Spiritual leadership on organizational learning; Organizational learning on electronics entrepreneurship, as well as the role of the mediator of organizational learning on the impact of spiritual leadership on electronic entrepreneurship.
