بررسي نقش تعديلي زنان در هيئت مديره بر ارتباط بين گرايش¬هاي كارآفرينانه شركت¬ها و عملكرد مالي در شركت¬هاي پذيرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران

در كشورهاي در حال توسعه، زنان براي ارتقاي خانواده‌ و رشد و توسعه‌ كشورهاي خود نقش مهمي ايفا مي كنند. موفقيت زنان كارآفرين در جوامع، نه‌‌تنها باعث سودهاي اقتصادي مي‌شود؛ بلكه، منافع اجتماعي و فرهنگي هم ايجاد مي‌كند. سه دليل مهم كشورها براي توجه به مقوله كارآفريني، «توليد ثروت، توسعه تكنولوژي و اشتغال مولد» است. پژوهش حاضر به بررسي نقش زنان در هيات مديره بر ارتباط بين گرايش هاي كارآفرينانه شركت ها و عملكرد مالي در شركت هاي پذيرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران مي پردازد. براي اين منظور داده هاي مربوط به 140 شركت پذيرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران براي سال هاي 1391 الي 1397 جمع آوري و به روش معادلات ساختاري (PLS) مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. يافته هاي حاصل از پژوهش نشان مي دهد كه زنان نقش تعديلي بين معيارهاي گرايش كارآفرينانه و شاخص هاي عملكرد شركت دارند. بدين معنا كه نقش زنان در هيات مديره باعث بهبود ارتباط بين گرايش كارآفرينانه و عملكرد مالي شركت ها خواهد شد.

In developing countries, women play a significant role in promoting families, also the growth and development of their countries. The success of women entrepreneurs in societies brings economic advantages and creates social and cultural benefits. Countries consider entrepreneurship due to three reasons; "wealth creation, technology development, and productive employment." However, in Iran, this concept is simply synonymous with "employment" by mistake, and we are moving towards entrepreneurship only to solve the employment problem. The present study investigates the role of women in the relationship between entrepreneurial tendencies of companies and financial performance in companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange. For this purpose, data related to 140 companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange between the years 2013 to 2020 were collected and examined by the method of the structural equation (PLS). Findings from the study show that women have a moderating role between the criteria of entrepreneurial orientation and performance indicators of the company. It means that the role of women will improve the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and corporate financial performance.
