پيش¬بيني سلامت روان بر اساس عملكرد جنسي در زنان متأهل

سلامت روان نقش مهم و بنيادي در بهتر زندگي كردن افراد، كارآمدي فعاليتشان و توانايي آنان براي عملكرد مؤثر در زندگي‌شان دارد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف پيش‌بيني سلامت روان بر اساس عملكرد جنسي زنان متأهل انجام گرفت. اين تحقيق از نوع توصيفي و همبستگي بود. جامعه آماري شامل تمامي زنان متأهل شهرستان بوانات بود كه 130 نفر از زنان متأهل به روش نمونه‌گيري در دسترس به‌عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شدند. جهت جمع آوري داده ها از پرسش نامه هاي سلامت رواني كيز (2002) و عملكرد جنسي روزن و همكاران FSFI (2000) استفاده شد. جهت تجزيه‌وتحليل داده‌ها از دو آزمون ضريب همبستگي پيرسون و ضريب رگرسيون استفاده شد. يافته‌ها نشان دادند بين سلامت روان و عملكرد جنسي زنان متأهل رابطه معنادار مثبتي وجود دارد و مؤلفه‌هاي ميل و رضايت‌مندي قدرت بالاتري در پيش‌بيني سلامت روان دارند. نتايج حاصل نشان داد كه هرچه زنان متأهل در روابط زناشويي، رضايت‌مندي و خرسندي بهتري داشته باشند، داراي سلامت روان بيشتري هستند. لذا عملكرد جنسي مطلوب مي تواند بر سلامت روان زنان مؤثر باشد. مطالعه بر روي دانش جنسي زنان متأهل علاوه بر تأثيري كه بر سلامت روان و سلامت جامعه دارد، موجب پايداري و انسجام خانواده و زندگي زناشويي و كاهش طلاق در جامعه خواهد شد.

Mental health plays a fundamental role in individuals' living better lives, their activity efficiency, and their ability to function effectively in their personal life. This study aimed to predict mental health based on the sexual function of married women. This research is descriptive and correlational. The statistical population included all married women in Bavanat city, from which 130 married women were selected as the sample size by the available sampling method. Keys Mental Health Questionnaire (2002) and Rosen Sexual Function Questionnaire (2000) were used to collect data. Pearson correlation coefficient and regression coefficient were used to analyze the data. The findings showed that a significant positive relationship between mental health and sexual function of married women and the components of desire and satisfaction have a higher power in predicting mental healthThe results showed that the better married women are in marital relationships, the more mental health they have. Therefore, good sexual performance can affect women's mental health. In addition to its effect on mental health and community health, A study on the sexual knowledge of married women showed that its effects lead to the stability and cohesion of the family and married life and reduce divorce in society
