پيش بيني رضايت زناشويي مردان و زنان بر اساس متغيرهاي انگيزه هاي استقبالي، انگيزه هاي اجتنابي فداكاري و رفتارهاي فداكارانه

چكيده: رضايت زناشويي از عواملي است كه موجب رضايت و خشنودي در زندگي مي شود. شناسايي متغيرهاي تأثيرگذار بر رضايت زناشويي، براي كمك به حفظ ازدواج بسيار لازم و كمك كننده است. مطالعات نشان مي دهند كه انگيزه و رفتارهاي فداكارانه مي توانند به شكل هاي مختلف رضايت زناشويي را تحت تاثير قرار دهند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف پيش بيني رضايت زناشويي مردان و زنان بر اساس متغيرهاي انگيزه هاي استقبالي، انگيزه هاي اجتنابي فداكاري و رفتارهاي فداكارانه زنان و مردان شهر اهواز انجام شد. به منظور دستيابي به اين هدف 300 زوج با استفاده از روش نمونه گيري غيرتصادفي از نوع در دسترس انتخاب شدند و پرسشنامه هاي پژوهش شامل سنجه ادراك رفتارهاي فداكارانه ( PSM ) ، سنجه انگيزه هاي فداكارانه (MSM)، سنجه ارزيابي رابطه (RAS) توسط آنها تكميل گرديد. طرح تحقيق حاضر توصيفي و از نوع همبستگي است. در اين پژوهش، پژوهشگر به دنبال بررسي روابط ساده و گام به گام بين متغيرهاي پيش بين با متغير ملاك مي باشد. نتايج نشان داد كه در نمونه مردان از بين متغيرهاي پيش بين، متغيرهاي رفتارهاي فداكارانه و انگيزه هاي اجتنابي فداكاري از توانايي پيش بيني رضايت زناشويي برخوردارند، همچنين در نمونه زنان، از بين متغيرهاي پيش بين، متغيرهاي رفتارهاي فداكارانه و انگيزه هاي استقبالي از توانايي پيش بيني رضايت زناشويي برخوردارند. بر اساس يافته هاي اين پژوهش مي توان نتيجه گرفت كه دسته اي از متغيرها در مردان مثل رفتارهاي فداكارانه و انگيزه هاي اجتنابي فداكاري نقش تعيين كننده تري در پيش بيني رضايت زناشويي دارند، همچنين در زنان هم دسته اي از متغيرها مثل رفتارهاي فداكارانه و انگيزه هاي استقبالي نقش تعيين كننده و مهم تري در پيش بيني رضايت زناشويي دارند. شناسايي و كار بر روي اين دسته از متغيرها، نقشي تاثيرگذار بر رضايت زوجين و روابط خانوادگي خواهد داشت.

Marital satisfaction is one of the factors that result in satisfaction and happiness in life. Identifying variables that affect marital satisfaction is very helpful and necessary to maintain a marriage. Studies show that sacrificing motivation and behaviors can affect marital satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to predict the marital satisfaction of men and women based on the variables of approach motivates, avoidance motives of sacrifice and sacrificing behaviors of Ahwaz women and men. In order to achieve this goal, 300 couples were selected using the available non-random sampling method. The questionnaires included perception of sacrifice measure (PSM), Decent sacrificing motives (SM), and Relationship Scale (RAS) Completed. The design of this research was descriptive and correlational. In this research, the researcher seeks to study simple and step-by-step relationships between predictor variables with criterion variables. The results showed that in the male sample, among the predictor variables, the variables of sacrificing behaviors and avoidance motives of sacrifice can to predict marital satisfaction, and also in the female sample, among the predictor variables, the variables of sacrificing behaviors, and the approaches motivates can to predict marital satisfaction. Based on the findings of this study, it can be concluded that a group of variables in men such as sacrificing behaviors and avoidance motives of sacrifice have a more decisive role in predicting marital satisfaction, and also in women, a range of variables such as sacrificing behaviors and approaches motives has a more decisive and important role in predicting marital satisfaction. Identifying and working on these variables will have an important role in marital satisfaction and family relationships.
