بررسي تاثير آموزش اخلاقي با رويكرد اسلامي بر سازگاري زناشويي

سازگاري زناشويي يك فرايند تكاملي در رابطه بين زوجين است كه به حالتي از تطابق در حوزه‌هاي مختلف زوجين كه ممكن است در آنها تعارض وجود داشته باشد، اطلاق مي‌شود. ‌هدف اين پژوهش بررسي تاثير آموزش اخلاقي با رويكرد اسلامي بر سازگاري زناشويي بود. روش پژوهش شبه آزمايشي از نوع نيمه تجربي با استفاده از پيش آزمون- پس آزمون بوده است. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش شامل دانشجويان متاهل دانشگاه پيام نور اصفهان در سال 1397 بود. 30 نفر از دانشجويان متاهل دانشگاه پيام نور اصفهان با روش نمونه گيري تصادفي به عنوان شركت كننده انتخاب شدند و به تصادفي در دو گروه آزمايش (15زوج) و گروه كنترل (15زوج) جايگزين شدند. براي گروه آزمايش 10 جلسه آموزش اخلاقي با رويكرد اسلامي برگزار شد. ابزار پژوهش مقياس زناشويي اسپينر( 1976) بود. تجزيه و تحليل داده ها با استفاده از تحليل كواريانس چند متغيره انجام شد. نتايج تجزيه و تحليل داده ها نشان داد كه بين دو گروه از نظر سازگاري زناشويي و ابعاد آن (رضايت دو نفري، همبستگي دو نفري، توافق دو نفري و ابراز محبت) تفاوت معني داري وجود دارد. بر اين اساس، آموزه هاي اخلاقي مبتني بر رويكرد اسلامي مي تواند در بهبود روابط بين فردي و زناشويي موثرواقع شود. در كل يافته ها لزوم گنجاندن برنامه آموزش هاي اخلاق محور به زوجين را متذكر مي سازد.
