The history of government and governance from the perspective of Persian poetry (based on the poems of Ferdowsi, Rumi, Saadi and Hafez)

چكيده فارسي :
اشعار شاعران بزرگ آئينۀ روزگار خويش است و در اين بين به سبب نزديكي شاعران با حاكمان و از طرفي دغدغۀ مردمي داشتن واز بطن مردم برخاستن باعث شده است كه رفتارحاكمان و نوع حكومت آنان به روشني در آثار شاعران بزرگ اين سرزمين تجلّي پيدا كند. حاكمان تأثيربسزايي در اصلاح يا فساد جامعه و در پي آن سبك زندگي دارند، حكومت طاغوت عاملِ فسادِ سبك زندگي است و براي اصلاح جامعه بايد به اصلاحِ حكومت پرداخت. رعيت درتاريخِ حكومت گذشتۀ ايران، حكم گلّه و حاكم و پادشاه نقش چوپان را داشته است كه اين امر دراحاديث بزرگان نيزكاملا مشهود است. نكتۀ پراهمّيت ديگرقدرت و قوّت يك حكومت از پشتيباني مردمي آن حاصل مي‌شود و حاكم در واقع امانت داراين وديعۀ ارزشمندِ پشتيباني مردم است كه بايد قدردانش باشد.
در اين مقاله سعي شده است از روش كتابخانه اي و با استفاده از آثار و اسناد و مدارك با اولويت آثار شعراي مورد بحث(فردوسي، مولوي، سعدي و حافظ) و همچنين آثار صاحبنظران برجسته اي كه به اين استوانه هاي ادب پارسي پرداخته اند، مصداقهاي روشن از تاريخ حكومت و حكمراني شناسايي و ديدگاههاي مختلف محققان مورد مطالعه و تجزيه و تحليل قرار گيرد.
نتايج حاصل از اين تحقيق نشان داد كه طي دوران تاريخ بيش از هزار ساله شعر فارسي، هر كدام از شعراي بزرگ به شيوۀ خود در اصلاح امور جامعه و تاثير در حكمراني مثبت حاكمان نقش داشته اند بطوريكه در پاره اي از موارد، مسير تاريخ را تغيير داده اند.
چكيده لاتين :
The poems of the great poets reflect the conditions of their time, and in the meantime, due to the closeness of the poets to the rulers, as well as being sympathetic to the people and coming from the body of the society, the behavior of the rulers and their type of government is clearly manifested in the works of the great poets of this land. Rulers have a significant impact on reforming or corrupting the society and, as a result, the lifestyle. Tyranny rule is an act of corrupting the lifestyle, and in order to reform the society, the government must be reformed. In the history of Iran's past government, the people were the herd and the ruler or the king was the shepherd, which is clearly evident in the hadiths of the elders. Another important point is that the power of a government comes from its popular support, and the ruler is actually the trustee of this valuable support, which he should be grateful. In this article, using the library method and using the works and documents of the discussed poets, including Ferdowsi, Rumi, Saadi and Hafez, as well as the works of prominent scholars who have addressed these great men of Persian literature, indicators of the history of government and governance were identified and be introduced. The results of this research showed that during the history of Persian poetry for more than a thousand years, each of the great poets in their own way played a role in reforming the affairs of society and influencing the positive governance of the rulers, so that in some cases, the course of history was changed.
