چكيده فارسي :
حرم يا حرمسرا در طول تاريخ ايران همواره نقش سياسي و اجتماعي داشته و عموماً بر ساختار سياسي كشور تأثير نهاده است. در دوره صفوي نيز حرمسرا همواره در سياست‌هاي داخلي و خارجي كشور دخالت مي‌كرد. مقاله حاضر در پي روشن نمودن ميزان تأثير و دخالت حرمسرا در سياست خارجي صفويان و تصميم‌گيري در اين حوزه است كه به عنوان يكي از كانون هاي مطرح در تصميم‌گيري سياست خارجي صفويان قابل بررسي است. روش تحقيق در اين مقاله مبتني بر روش توصيفي ـ تحليلي و شيوه گردآوري اطلاعات نيز كتابخانه‌اي است.يافته هاي تحقيق حاضر نشان مي دهد كه در اين دوره نقش حرمسرا در سياست خارجي صفويان داراي فراز و نشيب بوده است. تا قبل از دوره شاه عباس يكم حرمسرا به ميزان كمي در مقايسه با دوره پس از شاه عباس يكم در امر سياست خارجي دخالت داشتند. لكن به دليل سياست جديد شاه عباس مبني بر در حرم نگهداشتن شاهزادگان و تربيت آنان در حرمسرا، پس از او نوعي كانون پنهان قدرت در داخل حرمسرا كه متشكل از زنان و خواجگان بود، تشكيل گرديد كه نقش مهمي در تصميم گيري و مسائل مربوط به سياست خارجي صفويان داشتند.
چكيده لاتين :
Harem had always played a social and political roles throughout the history of Iran and generally had influenced the political structure of the country. and also, in the Safavid period, the Harem interfered in the Internal and foreign policy of the country. This article wants to clear the rates of impact and interference of harem on the foreign policy of the Safavids, a problem that can be studied as one of the raised canon on the act of decision making on the foreign policy of the Safavids. The findings of our research shown that in this period the role of Harem in the foreign policy of the Safavids was in Ups and downs condition. Before Shah Abbas I the Harem had little interference in foreign policy in compared with the period before him. But because of the king's new policy on keeping and upbringing the princes in the harem, after him, a hidden center of power that was composed of women and eunuchs had been formed within the harem in which had important role in decision-making and relevant issues on the foreign policy of the Safavids.
The research method in this article is based on analytical- descriptive method and the way of data collecting is Libraries method.
