چكيده فارسي :
هدف اين مقاله بررسي عوامل تأثيرگذار بر شكل گيري نظريه تربيتي معلمان ابتدايي در مناطق دوزبانه است. پژوهش حاضر با رويكرد كيفي و با بهره گيري از طرح روايت پژوهي انجام گرفته است. ميدان پژوهش شامل كليه ي معلمان دوزبانه شهرستان سراوان بوده است كه با روش نمونه گيري هدفمند از كليه معلمان دوزبانه در مقطع ابتدايي 4 نفر انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش مصاحبه هاي روايي و نيمه ساختاريافته و همچنين يادداشت هاي ميداني بود. تجزيه وتحليل داده هاي پژوهش با استفاده از تحليل محتوي مضموني انجام گرفت. تحليل عميق ديدگاه هاي معلمان، موجب شناسايي و دسته بندي شش مضمون سازمان دهنده شامل: تجربيات زندگي شخصي (تجربه تعامل با كودك در زندگي شخصي، شرايط خانوادگي، آشنايي با نظام هاي آموزشي موفق)، تجربيات قبل از خدمت (تجربيات دانش آموزي، تجربيات دانشجويي، تجربه مشابه معلمي)، تجربيات حين خدمت (تعامل با دانش آموز و شرايط كلاس درس، تعامل با همكاران، آزمودن ايده ها در عمل)، ويژگي هاي شخصيتي معلم (ويژگي هاي ارثي، ويژگي هاي اكتسابي)، ماهيت كودك ( ويژگي هاي كودك امروزي، ويژگي هاي كلي كودك) و آموزش (روان شناسي و نظريه هاي مرتبط، آموزش عملي يا كارورزي، نظريه هاي مرتبط با تربيت) گرديد. يافته ها همچنين نشان داد كه هر معلم نظريه تربيتي منحصربه فردي دارد كه عمدتاً با نظريه هاي تربيتي معرفي شده توسط نظريه پردازان تربيتي تطابق كامل ندارد؛ بلكه يا تركيبي از چند نظريه يا شكلي جديد از باور در مورد مؤلفه هاي فرايند تربيت هستند.

The purpose of this article is to investigate the factors affecting the formation of primary school education theory in bilingual areas. The present research has been done with a qualitative approach and using the narrative research design. The research field included all bilingual teachers in Saravan city. By purposive sampling method, 4 people were selected from all bilingual teachers in primary school. The research tools were narrative and semi-structured interviews as well as field notes. Analysis of research data was performed using thematic content analysis. depth analysis of teachers' perspectives identifies and categorizes six organizing themes including: personal life experiences (experience of interacting with the child in personal life, family circumstances, familiarity with successful educational systems), pre-service experiences (student experiences, student experiences, Teacher-like experience), in-service experiences (interaction with students and classroom conditions, interaction with colleagues, testing ideas in practice), teacher personality traits (hereditary traits, acquired traits), nature of the child (characteristics of the modern child, General characteristics of the child) and education (psychology and related theories, practical training or internship, theories related to education).The findings also showed that each teacher has a unique educational theory that is largely inconsistent with the educational theories introduced by educational theorists; Rather, they are either a combination of several theories or a new form of belief about the components of the educational process.
