گذري بر جريان‌هاي اخير مهاجرت در استان يزد

Demographic Perspective on the Recent Migration Follows in Yazd Province

مقاله حاضر، با استفاده از داده‌هاي سرشماري سال‌هاي 95-1365 كشور به تحليل جريان‌هاي اخير مهاجرت در استان يزد، با تأكيد بر دوره پنج‌ساله 95-1390 پرداخته است. يافته‌هاي مطالعه حاضر، حضور و مشاركت فعّالانۀ استان يزد در نظام مهاجرتي سه دهۀ اخير كشور را روشن مي‌كند. براساس يافته‌ها، مهاجرت به عنوان يك مؤلّفۀ مهم، در گذر زمان، سهم فزاينده‌اي در افزايش جمعيّت استان داشته است. در دورۀ 95-1390، تعداد تقريبي 39 هزار نفر، در نتيجه خالص مهاجرتي مثبت به حجم جمعيّت استان افزوده شده است. علاوه بر آن، در همين دوره، جمعيّتي حدود 60 هزار نفر از ساير استان‌ها به استان يزد وارد شده‌اند. مسيرهاي اصلي جريان مهاجرت واردشدگان به يزد، به ترتيب از استان‌هاي فارس، كرمان، اصفهان، تهران، سيستان و بلوچستان، خوزستان و خراسان رضوي (در دامنه‌اي از 14/5 درصد تا 6 درصد) بوده كه جمعاً اين هفت استان، مبدأ حدود 75 درصد از كلّ واردشدگان به مقصد استان يزد را دربر مي‌گيرند. در نقطه مقابل، حدود 23/5 هزار نفر از مهاجران يزدي از محدودۀ استان خارج شده و در ساير استان‌ها سكنا گزيده‌اند. استان تهران (با سهم 19 درصدي) و سپس به ترتيب استان‌هاي فارس و اصفهان، كرمان (بين 11 تا 12 درصد) و خراسان رضوي (8 درصد)، پنج مقصد اصلي براي بيش از 62 درصد از مهاجرين يزدي خارج شده از استان بوده‌اند. در كنار مقولات فوق، در دورۀ مذكور، حدود 20 هزار جابجايي در داخل استان اتّفاق افتاده است. همچنين حدود 1800 نفر مهاجر نيز از خارج از كشور به استان يزد وارد شده‌اند كه مبدأ حدود 81 درصد آنها كشور افغانستان بوده است. بررسي پيامد اين حركات جمعيّتي از جوانب اقتصادي، اجتماعي و فرهنگي نيازمند پژوهش­ هاي علمي بيشتري است.

The present study has used census data of the years 1986-2016 in Iran to analyze the recent migration flows in Y azd province with an emphasis on the five-year period 2011-2016. The findings of the study shows the presence and active participation of Yazd province in the national system of internal migration during last three decades. Based on the findings, migration as an important component has taken an increasing contribution to the province's population growth. In the period 2011 to 2016, approximately 39 thousand people were added to the province's population as the result of a positive net migration. In addition, in the same period, about 60 thousand migrants from other provinces moved to Y azd province. The main migration streams to Yazd have been respectively from the origin of the provinces of Fars, Kerman, Isfahan, Tehran, Sistan-and­Baluchestan, Khuzestan and Khorasan-Razavi (with a range from 14.5% to 6%). These seven provinces have been the origin of about 7 5% of the total in-migration to the destination of Yazd province. On the other hand, approximately 23.5 thousand out-migrants from the province of Yazd have left Yazd for other provinces. Tehran Province (with 19%) and then the provinces of Fars, Isfahan, Kerman (between 11 % and 12%) and Khorasan-Razavi (8%) have been five main destinations for more than 62% of out-migrants from Yazd. In addition to the above categories, about 20 thousand movements have occurred within the province border. Also, during the last study period, about 1800 international migrants come to Y azd province, of which about 81 % have come from Afghanistan. More scientific research is needed to study the of these demographic movements from the economic, social and cultural perspectives.
