نقشه راهبردي اقتصاد مقاومتي در راستاي توسعه اقتصادي از ديدگاه حضرت امام خامنه‌اي

Providing a Strategic Map of Resistance Economics for Economic Development from Imam Khamenei's Viewpoint

بيانات حضرت امام خامنه‌اي، رهبر نظام مقدس جمهوري اسلامي به عنوان يكي از مهم‌ترين منابع رجوع از سوي تصميم‌گيران و مديران كشور مورد استفاده قرار مي‌گيرد. نام‌گذاري سال‌ها با مفاهيم اقتصادي - فرهنگي در دوره اخير نشان از اهميت فوق‌العاده اين امر از ديدگاه ايشان دارد. مقام معظم رهبري،كليد اصلاح و توسعه در هر مقوله اي را در فرهنگ مي‌دانند بنابراين در طي سال‌هاي اخير بيانات فراواني در مورد اصلاح فرهنگ جهت اصلاح اقتصادي كشور ارائه كرده‌اند، مباحثي مانند جهاد اقتصادي، اصلاح الگوي مصرف و اقتصاد مقاومتي و غيره را در همين راستا مي‌توان ارزيابي كرد. بيانات مقام معظم رهبري از يك انديشه محكم و منسجم نشات گرفته‌، به گونه اي كه هر يك از بيانات ايشان در يك موضوع خاص در راستاي پوشش دادن و حمايت از يك راهبرد كلي براي نظام مي‌باشد. در مواجهه با چنين انديشه نظام‌مندي، خرد كردن فرمايش‌هاي ايشان ممكن است باعث از دست رفتن مفاهيم اصلي يا فهم ناقص مطالب ‌گردد. در چنين شرايطي، ديد سنتزي به نظر كارايي بيشتري خواهد داشت. در اين تحقيق با جمع‌آوري و دسته‌بندي بيانات ايشان در زمينه اقتصاد مقاومتي، نقشه راهبردي كلاني استخراج گرديده است. در اين نقشه با تقسيم‌بندي ميان بخش‌هاي مختلف جامعه، اعم از دولت، دانشگاه، حوزه و غيره، به صورت سيستماتيك كاركرد هر يك از اين ارگان‌ها در راستاي رسيدن به ويژگي‌هاي مطلوب جامعه تبين شده‌اند. نتايج مطالعات مضامين استراتژيك جالبي را در پي داشته است كه مي‌تواند در برنامه‌ريزي فرهنگي و اقتصادي كشور مورد توجه قرار بگيرند.

Statements by Imam Khamenei, the leader of the holy system of the Islamic Republic, are used as one of the most important sources of reference by decision-makers and managers of the country. Naming the years with economic-cultural concepts in the recent period indicates the extreme importance of this in their view. They know the key to reform and development in every category in culture, so in recent years there has been a lot of talk about reforming the culture for economic reform in the country.. The statements of the Supreme Leader come from a solid and coherent idea. So that each of his statements on a particular topic is intended to cover and support a general strategy for the system. Faced with such a systematic notion, shattering their teachings may lead to the loss of basic concepts or incomplete understanding. Under such circumstances, synthetic vision would appear to be more efficient. In this research, by collecting and categorizing his statements in the field of resistive economics, a large strategic map has been extracted. In this map, by dividing them into different sections of society, including government, university, field, etc., they are systematically explaining the function of each of these organs to achieve the desired characteristics of society. The results of studies have yielded interesting strategic themes that can be considered in cultural and economic planning of the country.
