اثرات قاچاق محصولات كشاورزي بر توليد بخش‌هاي مختلف در اقتصاد ايران (مطالعه موردي استان سيستان و بلوچستان)

Study of the effects of Crops smuggling on production of different sectors in the ecomomy of Iran and Sistan and Baluchistan

قاچاق كالا، داراي اثرات مختلفي اعم از اقتصادي و غيراقتصادي مي‌باشد. از آثار اقتصادي اين پديده مي­توان به كاهش مصرف كالاهاي داخلي، كاهش توليد، كاهش ارزش افزوده و كاهش اشتغال اشاره كرد. بر اين اساس اين مطالعه به بررسى اثرات مصرف كالاهاى قاچاق بر كاهش توليد بخش­هاي مختلف اقتصاد ايران و همچنين اقتصاد استان سيستان وبلوچستان با استفاده از تحليل داده ـ ستانده مي‌پردازد. براي اين منظور فرض مي­شود تنها در بخش /كشاورزي و محصولات كشاورزي/ صورت مي‌گيرد. نتايج تخمين مدل نشان داده است كه در اثر ورود محصولات كشاورزي قاچاق به كشور، مقدار توليد كل كشور به اندازه 28/70482 ميليارد ريال كاهش مي‌يابد. مقدار كاهش توليد در استان سيستان و بلوچستان در اثر ورود قاچاق محصولات كشاورزي 2582 ميليارد ريال مي‌باشد.

smuggling has a variety of economic and non-economic effects. The economic effects of this phenomenon include the reduction in consumption of domestic goods, the decline in production, the reduction of value added and employment. Accordingly, this study investigates the effects of smuggling on the reduction of production in various sectors of Iranian economy as well as the economy of Sistan and Baluchestan province using input-output analysis. for this purpose, It is assumed it exists only in the sector of agriculture and agricultural products. The results of the Model estimation show that because of smuggling of agricultural products into the country, the total production of the country is reduced by 70482.28 billion Rials. The amount of decline in production in Sistan and Baluchestan province is 2582 billion Rials as a result of smuggling of agricultural products.
