چكيده فارسي :
خوانش عرصۀ هنر شهري نيازمند ادراك قوانين و شرايط حاكم بر آن يا به عبارتي دانش حاكم
بر زمانش است. اين دانش كه در پژوهش حاضر مورد بحث و بررسي قرار مي گيرد چنين تعريف
شده: دانش در هر زمان مبتني بر نوعي ژرف انديشي، تبادل نظر و آموزش پديد مي آيد، نشانگر تلقي
و تفسير آن دوره از مسائل، پديده ها، ارزشها و بينشهاي آينده نگر است كه منجر به افزايش توان
بالقوه براي اقدامات و تصميمات اثربخش از سوي دولت و هنرمند مي شود و شهروندان آن زمان را
با پردازشي ذهني تحت تأثير قرار داده و به آنها پاسخ مي دهند. بر اين اساس، پژوهش حاضر
برآنست تا بدين سؤال پاسخ دهد كه: مؤلّفه هاي دانش حاكم بر عرصه هنر شهري كه سبب تعامل
ميان دولت، هنرمند و شهروند مي شوند؛ چيست؟
بر اساس مطالعات انجام گرفته بر روي برخي از آثار هنري نصب شده درسطح شهر يزد اينچنين
به نظر ميرسد كه نوعي دانش آگاهي خشي بر هنر شهري حاكم است كه به واسطه مؤلّفه هايش
برگرفته از اوضاع و شرايط حال حاضر جوامع شهري مشاركت و تعامل دولت، هنرمند و شهروند
را ضرورت مي بخشد. به نحوي كه هنرمند با لحاظ كردن چنين مؤلّفه هايي در خلق آثارش از سويي
امكاني برايش ميسر مي گردد تا آنها را به مثابه هنرهاي جديد ارائه نمايد؛ از سوي ديگر مي تواند
اهداف دولت را در توسعه خلاّقانه شهري تحقّق بخشد و آنها را به شيوه اي تمثيلي به دانايي
اثربخش و پذيرش اطّلاعات از سوي شهروندان تبديل كند. مطالعه اي گذرا بر روي برخي آثار هنري
نصب شده درسطح شهر يزد حاكي از آن است كه تاكنون هنرمند مؤلفه هاي دانش را ضعيف مورد
بهره برداري قرار داده يا از آنها آگاهي نداشته، نتوانسته ضامن تحقّق اهداف و رسالت هاي مدنظر
دولت براي شهروندان يزدي گردد و صرفاً اثرش را در پوسته اي نسبتاً تهي طرح نموده است.

Reading the field of city art requires understanding the laws and
conditions that govern it, or the knowledge that governs its time. The
knowledge discussed in the present paper is defined as: the knowledge that
emerges from a deep reflection at any time, dialogue and education,
representing and interpreting that period of issues, phenomena, values and
insight, showing prospects that increase the potential for effective
government and artist action and decision-making, affecting and
responding to citizens' mental processing of the time. Accordingly, this
paper seeks to answer the following question: What are the components of
knowledge governing the field of city art that interact between the state,
the artist, and the citizen. Studies show that there is a kind of awareness of
city art that, through its components, derived from the current state of
urban societies, necessitates the participation and interaction of the state,
the artist, and the citizen. In such a way that the artist is given the
opportunity to present them as new art by considering such components in
the creation of his/her works. On the other hand, he/she can fulfill the
government's goals of creative urban development and transform them
into allegorical ways of effective knowledge and citizen acceptance. But a
recent paper of some of the artworks of Yazd indicates that because the
artist has poorly utilized or lacked knowledge of the components of
knowledge, he/she has not been able to guarantee the realization of the
government's intended goals and missions for citizens
