Study of the Changes in Demographic Characteristics of Yazd Province during the Years 1951-2051

جمعيّت ­ها به لحاظ حجم، تركيب و توزيع سني در حال تغيير هستند. گذار ساختار سني و سالخوردگي جمعيت تأثير عميقي بر شرايط اقتصادي اجتماعي جامعه خواهد گذاشت. هدف اين مقاله شناخت مشخصه­ هاي جمعيتي استان يزد و روند تحوّلات آن در سال­هاي اخير و برآورد تحولات آن در آينده است. داده‌ها جمعيت از نتايج سرشماري و داده وقايع حياتي از سازمان ثبت احوال گرفته شده و براي پيش‌بيني جمعيت از نرم‌افزار Spectrum استفاده شده است. يافته‌هاي تحقيق بيانگر اين است كه در حال حاضر استان يزد از نقطه نظر تعداد، ميزان رشد و ساختار سني در وضع مطلوبي قرار دارد. باروري در استان متعادل شده و اهداف سياست جمعيتي تأمين شده است. سياست اصلي استان در اين سال‌ها بايد در جهت بهره‌مندي از فرصت پنجره جمعيتي و فراهم‌سازي بسترهاي اقتصادي و اجتماعي براي مواجه ‌شدن با جمعيت رو به افزايش سالمند باشد. چالش­هاي جمعيتي آينده استان يزد، بستگي زيادي به نحوه بهره ­برداري از فرصت پنجره جمعيتي دارد. بهره ­برداري از فرصت پنجره جمعيتي و تبديل آن به فرصت اقتصادي و اجتماعي مستلزم توانمندي و مقتدرسازي جوانان براي توسعه اقتصادي، گسترش فرصت‌‌هاي شغلي، سرمايه گذاري مطلوب، بهبود كيفيت سرمايه انساني و فراهم كردن فرصت هايي براي حضور زنان در بازار كار است.

Populations are changing in size, composition and age distribution. Transition of Population age structure and aging affects the socio-economic, political, health and medical conditions of society. The purpose of this article is to identify the demographic characteristics of Yazd province from the past to the present and estimates their future changes. The data is based on the results of the census and annual registration of vital events in the Civil Registration Organization Spectrum and software has been used to predict population. The research findings show that Yazd province is currently favorable in terms of number, growth rate and age structure. Fertility is balanced and population policy goals are met. The main policy should be to take advantage of the current population window opportunity and to provide the appropriate economic and social context to cope with the growing elderly population. The future demographic challenges of Yazd province depend on how to take advantage of the demographic window opportunity. Taking advantage of the demographic window opportunity and turning it into an economic and social opportunity requires empowering and empowering young people for economic development, expanding job opportunities, favorable investment, improving the quality of human capital and providing opportunities for women to participate in the labor market
