الگوي حفظ امنيت فرهنگي با رويكرد پدافند غيرعامل در ايران اسلامي

The Maintenance of the Cultural Security through the Passive Defence Approach in Islamic Republic of Iran

مقدمه و هدف پژوهش: با عنايت به اينكه جمهوري اسلامي مبدع و موجد امنيتي نوين در عرصه‌ي فرهنگ براي ايرانيان بوده، اين امنيت به انحاء مختلف بطور مستمر تحت تهديدات، تهاجمات و حملات نظام‌هاي سلطه قرار گرفته است. جهت حفظ امنيت فرهنگي در جمهوري اسلامي ايران در عصر حاضر، در كنار نهادهاي مختلف، نقش پدافند غيرعامل بسيار مي تواند مهم و تاثيرگذار باشد. هدف اين پژوهش ارائه الگوي امنيت فرهنگي كشور از طريق پدافند غيرعامل است كه تا حد ممكن بسترهاي لازم جهت صيانت از امنيت فرهنگي از تعرضات دشمنان را فراهم نمايد. روش تحقيق: در اين تحقيق با بهره گيري از روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﮐﯿﻔﯽ از نوع داده ﺑﻨﯿﺎد با شناخت مفاهيم و مقوله‌هاي امنيت فرهنگي، از طريق مصاحبه با خبرگان فرهنگي اقدام و سپس براساس مدل پارادايمي اشتراوس و كوربين ﭘﺲ از ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪ 680 ﮐﺪ ﻣﻔﻬﻮم، و مقوله سازي و دسته بندي آنها، مولفه‌ها و شاخص‌هاي مهم و موثر در حفظ امنيت فرهنگي ارائه گرديد. يافته ها: در پژوهش حاضر با شناسايي شش بعد الگوي پارادايمي نظام مند، امنيت فرهنگي شامل عوامل علي، شرايط زمينه‌اي، عوامل مداخله گر، مقوله محوري، راهبردها و پيامدها حاصل گرديد. نتيجه گيري: جهت حفظ امنيت فرهنگي ايجاد بسترهاي مناسب پدافندي و تحكيم بنيانهاي فرهنگي با رويكرد پدافند غيرعامل بسيار مي تواند تاثيرگذار باشد.

The introduction and the purpose of the research: Regarding the fact that Islamic Republic has been the innovator and creator of a new cultural identity for Iranians, this identity has always been exposed to different threats and invasions by the domineering systems. In order to maintain the cultural security of Islamic Republic of Iran in this era, along with different institutions, the role of the passive defence can be important and effective. The purpose of this research is the presentation of the pattern of cultural security through passive defence in a way that it can provide the necessary conditions for the protection of the cultural security from the enemies' invasions. The research method: In this research, the qualitative research method is data-based and the data has been collected through interviews with the cultural experts. The interviews were codified and after making 680 concept-codes, the concepts were categorized and the important and effective components of cultural security were presented. Findings: In this research, through the identification of six dimensions of the systematic paradigm of the cultural security including the causative factors, the background conditions, the interfering factors, the category-based method and approaches and conclusions, the practical pattern of the maintenance of cultural security through the passive defence approach is achieved. Conclusion: In order to maintain the cultural security, the provision of the proper passive backgrounds and the strengthening of the cultural bases with the approach of passive defence can be really effective.
