در سـال‌هـاي آغـازين سـلطنت پهلوي و اجـراي اصلاحات تقليدي مورد نظر رضاخان، به حوزۀ داستان، رمان و رمان-نويسي اقبال بيشتري نشان داده شد ولي به تريج و با آشكارشدن نواقص و كاستي‌هاي اين اصلاحات در اين دوره، ادبيات و نـوع ادبي رمان به ابزاري براي انتقاد از وضعيت آن زمان بدل گشت. رضاشاه در اين دوران كه كشور دورۀ سنت به مدرنيته را تجربه مي كرد، سعي نمود با تشكيل دولتي مقتدر و قوي وتقليد از كشورهاي غربي، حوزه هاي سياسي، اجتماعي، اقتصادي، قضايي، و آموزشي كشور را سروسامان دهد. هدف از انجام اين مقاله بررسي تاريخي اجتماعي رويدادهاي دوران پهلوي در آثار داستاني آل احمد است كه به روش كتابخانه اي و به شيوۀ توصيفي ـ تحليلي صورت گرفته است. حاصل پژوهش نشان مي دهد كه اقدامات اصلاحي پادشاهي پهلوي در حوزه هاي مختلف كشور، به آثار، نتـايج و واكـنش‌هـاي مختلفي منتج گشت. در ميان متـون ادبي، بخصوص رمان به دليل ساختار و ويژگي هاي خاص خود اين اوضاع را بازتاب مي دهد. از اين منظر آثار داستاني آل احمد به خوبي اوضاع اجتماعي، سياسي و اقتصادي و فرهنگي اين دوره را منعكس كرده است.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the historical social events of Pahlavi events in the works of Fictionali Ahmad, which has been done by library and analytical method. The result of the research shows that the amendment measures of the Pahlavi kingdom in different areas of the country resulted in various effects and reactions. Among the literary texts, especially the novel, due to its particular structure and characteristics, this situation reflects this situation. In this perspective, the works of Fictionalities Al-Ahmad well reflected the social, political and cultural situation of this period.
