چكيده فارسي :
ﻫﺪف: ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف اراﺋﻪ ﻣﺪل ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري ﭘﯿﺶ ﺑﯿﻨﯽ ﮔﺮاﯾﺶ ﺑﻪ ﺳﻮء ﻣﺼﺮف ﻣﻮاد ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﺣﻞ ﻣﺴﺎﻟﻪ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ و رﺿﺎﯾﺖ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ در ﭘﺮﺳﻨﻞ ﻣﺘﺎﻫﻞ اﻗﻤﺎري ﺷﺮﮐﺖ ﺑﻬﺮه ﺑﺮداري ﻧﻔﺖ و ﮔﺎز ﻏﺮب اﯾﺮان اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. روش: روش اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ و ﺟﺎﻣﻌﮥ آﻣﺎري،ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﺮدان ﻣﺘﺎﻫﻞ اﻗﻤﺎري ﺷﺮﮐﺖ ﺑﻬﺮه ﺑﺮداري ﻧﻔﺖ و ﮔﺎز ﻏﺮب ﮐﺸﻮر در ﺳﺎل 1397 ﺑﻮد ﮐﻪ از روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي ﻃﺒﻘﻪ اي ﺗﻌﺪاد 384 ﻧﻔﺮ از ﻣﺮدان ﻣﺘﺎﻫﻞ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ و ﺑﻪ ﻓﻬﺮﺳﺖ ﺗﺠﺪﯾﺪ ﻧﻈﺮ ﺷﺪه ﺣﻞ ﻣﺴﺌﻠﻪ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﺳﻮ و ﺷﮏ، ﻣﻘﯿﺎس رﺿﺎﯾﺖ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ داﻧﺖ و ﻫﻤﮑﺎران، ﭘﺎﺳﺦ دادﻧﺪ. ﺑﺮاي ﺑﺮازش ﻣﺪل از ﻣﺪل ﻣﻌﺎدﻻت ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري و ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار 24 IBMAMOS اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ: ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺣﻞ ﻣﺴﺎﻟﻪ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻣﺼﺮف ﻣﻮاد راﺑﻄﻪ دارد ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺑﯿﻦ رﺿﺎﯾﺖ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﺑﺎ ﺳﻮءﻣﺼﺮف ﻣﻮاد راﺑﻄﮥ ﻣﺴﺘﻘﯿﻢ ﺑﻮد. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ دﯾﮕﺮ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﺣﻞ ﻣﺴﺎﻟﻪ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ و رﺿﺎﯾﺖ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﺗﻮان ﭘﯿﺶ ﺑﯿﻨﯽ ﮔﺮاﯾﺶ ﺑﻪ ﺳﻮءﻣﺼﺮف ﻣﻮاد در ﺑﯿﻦ ﻣﺮدان ﻣﺘﺎﻫﻞ اﻗﻤﺎري دارﻧﺪ. ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي: ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮان ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﮔﺮﻓﺖ وﺿﻌﯿﺖ و ﭼﮕﻮﻧﮕﯽ رﺿﺎﯾﺖ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ و ﺣﻞ ﻣﺴﺌﻠﻪ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﻣﺮدان ﻣﺘﺎﻫﻞ ﺷﺎﻏﻞ اﻗﻤﺎري ﺑﺎ ﮔﺮاﯾﺶ ﺳﻮﻣﺼﺮف ﻣﻮاد ارﺗﺒﺎط ﻣﺴﺘﻘﯿﻤﯽ دارد ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ اراﺋﻪ آﻣﻮزش هاي ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﯽ و راﻫﮑﺎرﻫﺎي ﻣﺆﺛﺮ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ در ارﺗﻘﺎ رﺿﺎﯾﺖ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ و ﺗﻘﻮﯾﺖ ﺣﻞ ﻣﺴﺌﻠﻪ اجتماعي آﻧﻬﺎ از اﻫﻤﯿﺖ ﻓﺮاواﻧﯽ ﺑﺮﺧﻮردار اﺳﺖ.
چكيده لاتين :
Aim:The aim of this study was to present a structural model for predicting the tendency to drug abuse in married satellite personnel of Iran's West Oil and Gas Production Company (WOGPC) based on social problem solving and job satisfaction. Methods: The method of the present study was correlation and the statistical population was all married satellite male personnel of the Iran's West Oil and Gas Production Company in 2018. Through Cochran's formula, 384 samples were selected by stratified sampling method who responded to the Social Problem Solving Inventory–Revised (SPSI-R) by Siu and Shek (2005), and Job satisfaction scale of Dante et al. (1996). Structural equation model and IBMAMOS 24 software were used to fit the model. Results: The results indicated that solving social problems is related to drug use. There was also a direct relationship between job satisfaction and drug abuse. Other results showed that social problem solving and job satisfaction can predict the tendency of drug abuse among married satellite male personnel. Conclusion: According to the obtained results, it can be concluded that the status and method of job satisfaction and social problem solving of married satellite male personnel is directly related to the tendency towards drug abuse. Thus, providing cognitive training and effective organizational solutions in promoting job satisfaction and strengthening their social problem solving is of great importance.
