The role of internal factors, governing institutions and influential figures in the neoclassical realism approach of Iran's foreign policy

واقع‌گرايي نوكلاسيك با مبنا قرار دادن ذات آنارشيك نظام بين الملل،همواره انتقاداتي را از سوي غيرواقع گرايان به خود ديده است.برخي نظريات،نوواقع گرايي را بي توجه به ساخت دولت وعوامل دروني تاثير گذار بر رفتار آن مي دانند.اين نظريه بنوعي حاصل جمع واقع گرايي كلاسيك و نوواقع گرايي است كه ساختار نظام بين الملل و عوامل داخلي را تواما مدنظر قرار مي دهد.از اين رو هدف اصلي در اين پژوهش بررسي نقش عوامل داخلي، نهادهاي حاكميتي و چهره هاي موثر در سياست خارجي ج.ا.ا مي باشد كه با تاكيد بر رويكرد واقع گرايي نوكلاسيك مي كوشد تا امكان بكارگيري اين نظريه را براي تبيين سياست خارجي ج.ا.ا مورد بررسي قرار دهد.در اين مقاله براي بررسي اهداف، فرآيند تصميم گيري و رفتارهاي سياست خارجي ج.ا.ا و نيز بررسي حاصل جمع ساختار نظام بين الملل، سطوح سيستماتيك و نيز برخي عوامل داخلي اثرگذار در سياست خارجي ج.ا.ا از نظريه واقع گرايي نوكلاسيك بهره خواهيم برد و با روش بررسي عناصر وابسته بخصوص عوامل داخلي اثرگذار بر سياست خارجي ج.ا.ا به بررسي پرونده هاي مشخص و نمونه هاي موجود پرداخته و جايگاه اين نظريه و نقش عوامل داخلي، نهادهاي حاكميتي و چهره هاي موثر را در سياست خارجي ج.ا.ا مورد بررسي قرار خواهيم داد.نتايج اين پژوهش نشان ميدهد،با عنايت به رويدادهاي حساس در سياست خارجي ج.ا.ا،چهره هاي مهم و اثرگذار تاثير مشخصي در روند تصميم گيري و رفتار سياست خارجي داشته و ميتوان گفت دو مولفه ساختار نظام بين الملل و عوامل داخلي،همواره شاكله ي رفتار سياست خارجي ج.ا.ا را ترسيم كرده است.

Neoclassical realism, based on the anarchic nature of the international system, has always been criticized by non-realists. Some theories consider neo-realism to be indifferent to the construction of the state and the internal factors affecting its behavior. This theory is a combination of classical realism and neorealism, which considers the structure of the international system and internal factors.Therefore, the main goal of this research is to examine the role of internal factors, governing institutions and influential figures in the foreign policy of the Iran to examine, to examine the objectives, decision-making process and foreign policy behaviors of the iran, as well as to examine the sum total of the structure of the international system, systematic levels, and some effective internal factors in the foreign policy of the iran from the theory of neoclassical realism. We will use the method of examining dependent elements, especially the internal factors affecting the foreign policy of iran, to examine specific cases and existing examples, and the place of this theory and the role of internal factors, governing institutions and influential figures in foreign policy.The results of this research show that, considering the sensitive events in the foreign policy of the Iran, important and influential figures have a definite impact on the decision-making process and behavior of the foreign policy, and it can be said that the two components of the structure of the international system and internal factors are always He has drawn the shape of the behavior of the foreign policy of iran.
