تبيين و تحليل عوامل اجتماعي مؤثر بر ماهيت نابرابري‌هاي جنسيتي در ورزش حرفه‌اي ايران

Explanation and analysis of social factors affecting the nature of gender inequalities in professional sports in Iran

در پژوهش حاضر، بررسي عوامل اجتماعي مؤثر بر ماهيت نابرابري­هاي جنسيتي در ورزش حرفه­اي ايران و ارائه مدل كاربردي و موضوعات و محورهاي تعيين شده، با طرح چالش­هاي مربوط به هر يك مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است. با توجه بدين هدف، سؤال اصلي تحقيق حاضر اين است كه عوامل اجتماعي مؤثر بر ماهيت نابرابري­هاي جنسيتي در ورزش حرفه­اي ايران كدامند؟ براي اجراي آن از روش تحقيق كيفي با طرح اكتشافي استفاده شد. چون تعداد مشاركت­كنندگان محدود مي­باشد پس حجم نمونه آماري را با استفاده از روش نمونه­ گيري هدفمند-گلوله برفي (اشباع نظري) انتخاب شد. در بخش كيفي پژوهش با استفاده از تكنيك گراندد تئوري مبناي مدل استراوس و كوربين بوده و مصاحبه با 18 نفر صورت گرفت و براي گردآوري داده‌ها، از مصاحبه نيمه ساختار يافته استفاده شد نتايج نشان داد از ديدگاه ورزش حرفه­اي بر مبناي ديدگاه مردانه و پدرسالاري تعريف شده است و نوع بازي برد و باخت در ميدان­هاي ورزشي برگرفته از خواسته­ هاي تبعيض آميز جنسيتي است كه نيروي بيشتر و قهرماني و برد و باخت را مدنظر قرار دارد، ورزشكاران و مربيان متقاضي كسب مقام­هاي بالاتر و افزايش هويت ورزشي و تقويت آن، بايد ديدگاه ­هاي مربوط به هويت جنسيتي و صفت­هاي آن را در زنان و مردان ورزشكار تقويت كنند.

In the present research, the investigation of the social factors affecting the nature of gender inequalities in professional sports in Iran and the presentation of the applied model and the determined topics and axes have been examined by proposing the challenges related to each one. According to this goal, the main question of the present research is, what are the social factors affecting the nature of gender inequalities in professional sports in Iran? A qualitative research method with an exploratory design was used for its implementation. Because the number of participants is limited, the statistical sample size was selected using the purposeful snowball sampling method (theoretical saturation). In the qualitative part of the research, the grounded theory technique was based on the Strauss and Corbin model, and interviews were conducted with 18 people, and a semi-structured interview was used to collect data. The results showed that from the point of view of professional sports, it is defined based on a male and patriarchal point of view, and the type of game of winning and losing in sports fields is derived from the discriminatory demands of gender, which considers more power and championships, winning and losing, athletes and coaches applying for higher positions and increasing sports identity and strengthening it. They should strengthen the views related to gender identity and its attributes in male and female athletes.
