سنجش ميزان پايداري اجتماعي - فرهنگي در توانمندسازي سكونتگاه‌هاي جوامع روستايي (مطالعه موردي: روستاهاي پهنه كوهستاني استان آذربايجان شرقي)

جوامع روستايي نقش بسزايي در توسعه متوازن كشور ايفا مي كنند. با توجه به مسائل و مشكلاتي كه گريبانگير جوامع روستايي است، اهتمام بر توسعه پايدار اجتماعي در قالب مشاركت، امنيت، آداب و سنن و آگاهي عمومي روستاييان يك امر ضروري به نظر مي‌رسد. ورود تكنولوژي مدرن، تغيير ساختار توليدي، شاخص هاي اجتماعي و اقتصادي زندگي روستاييان را متحول ساخته است و موجبات بروز ناهنجاري‌هاي اجتماعي و مهاجرت به شهرها و تقليل نسل جوان و به تبع آن فرسودگي بافت و مساكن روستايي شده است. استان آذربايجان شرقي بعنوان يكي از قطب هاي كشاورزي ايران داراي 2591 روستاست. از اين تعداد 1067 روستاي استان در پهنه كوهستاني قرار دارند، بنابراين جامعه آماري اين تحقيق بالغ بر 1067 روستاست كه از بين آنها 25 روستا بعنوان نمونه انتخاب شده‌اند كه واجد ويژگي‌هاي لازم براي اين تحقيق بودند. در اين تحقيق براي سنجش ميزان پايداري اجتماعي و فرهنگي به شناسايي شاخص‌ها و معيارهاي تاثيرگذار در روستاهاي پهنه كوهستاني پرداخته شده است كه با اجراي آزمون‌هاي مختلف با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق-ساخت در قالب 21 سوال به ميزان تاثيرگذاري شاخص‌هاي پايداري اجتماعي بر توانمندسازي جوامع روستايي پهنه كوهستاني استان صحه مي‌گذارد. بنابراين سوال اصلي پژوهش حاضر اين است كه از نظر سرپرستان خانوارهاي روستايي پهنه كوهستاني استان آذربايجان شرقي، چه معيارها و شاخص‌هايي در بعد پايداري اجتماعي- فرهنگي بيشترين تاثير را در بهبود عملكرد كيفي زندگي مردم در جوامع روستايي دارد؟

Given the issues and problems facing rural communities, the pursuit of sustainable social development in the form of participation, security, customs and public awareness of the villagers seems a necessity. The advent of modern technology, the change in the production structure, the social and economic indicators of rural life have changed and led to the emergence of social anomalies and migration to cities and the reduction of the young generation and consequently the erosion of rural fabric and housing. East Azerbaijan province, as one of the agricultural hubs of Iran, has 2591 villages. Of these, 1067 villages in the province are located in the mountains, so the statistical population of this study is 1067 villages, of which 25 villages have been selected as a sample that had the necessary characteristics for this study. In this study, to measure social and cultural sustainability, effective indicators and criteria have been identified in mountainous villages. By performing various tests using a researcher-made questionnaire in the form of 21 questions, the impact of social sustainability indicators on Empowerment of rural communities confirms the mountainous area of ​​the province.
