بررسي تأثير تفكر انتقادي بر خودپنداره خلاق با نقش ميانجي گشودگي به تنوع و چالش (مورد مطالعه: كاركنان دانشگاه پيام نور استان اصفهان)

Investigating the effect of critical thinking on creative self-concept with the mediating role of openness to diversity and challenge (case study: employees of Payam Noor University, Isfahan province)

هدف: هدف اصلي پژوهش حاضر، بررسي تأثير تفكر انتقادي بر خودپنداره خلاق با نقش ميانجي گشودگي به تنوع و چالش در دانشگاه پيام نور استان اصفهان بود. روش: روش پژوهش، از نوع توصيفي-پيمايشي و كاربردي بود. جامعه آماري پژوهش را كليه كاركنان دانشگاه پيام نور استان اصفهان تشكيل مي‌دادند كه در زمان پژوهش (سال 1401)، تعداد آنها 900 نفر بود. حجم نمونه با استفاده از جدول كرجسي و مورگان، 270 نفر و به‌صورت نمونه‌گيري كاملاً تصادفي انتخاب شد. ابزارهاي مورد استفاده، مقياس گرايش به تفكر انتقادي براوو و همكاران، پرسشنامه خودپنداره خلاق كافمن و بائر و مقياس گشودگي به چالش و تنوع بومن بودند. تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزارهاي SPSS و Smart PLS انجام شد. يافته‌ها: نتايج به‌دست آمده از اين پژوهش نشان داد تفكر انتقادي هم بر خودپنداره خلاق و هم بر گشودگي به تنوع و چالش تأثير مثبت و معناداري دارد. همچنين، نقش ميانجي متغير گشودگي به تنوع و چالش در ميان تأثير تفكر انتقادي بر خودپنداره خلاق، اثبات شد. نتيجه‌گيري: نتايج نهايي حاكي از تأثير مثبت و معنادار تفكر انتقادي بر خودپنداره خلاق با نقش ميانجي گشودگي به تنوع و چالش در كاركنان دانشگاه پيام نور استان اصفهان بود.

Objective: The main purpose of the present study was to investigate the effect of critical thinking on creative self-concept with the mediating role of openness to diversity and challenge at Payam Noor University in Isfahan province. Method: The research method was descriptive-survey and applied. The statistical population of the research was made up of all the employees of Payam Noor University of Isfahan province, and at the time of the research (year 1401), their number was 900. The sample size was 270 people using the Karjesi and Morgan table and was selected completely randomly. The tools used were Bravo et al.'s critical thinking tendency scale, Kaufman and Bauer's creative self-concept questionnaire, and Bowman's openness to challenge and diversity scale. Data analysis was done using SPSS and Smart PLS software. Results: The results obtained from this research showed that critical thinking has a positive and significant effect on both creative self-concept and openness to diversity and challenge. Also, the mediating role of openness to diversity and challenge among the influence of critical thinking on creative self-concept was proven. Therefore, the final results indicated a positive and significant effect of critical thinking on creative self-concept with the mediating role of openness to diversity and challenges in the employees of Payam Noor University, Isfahan province.
