واژه‌ها و اصطلاحات كشاورزي سنّتي در دهاقان با تكيه بر كاشت گندم و جو

Terms and expressions of traditional agriculture in Dehaghan with emphasis on planting wheat and barley

دهاقان از زمان‌هاي گذشته يكي از مناطق خوش آب و هوا، حاصلخيز و مستعد براي كشاورزي بوده است. با توجه به حاصلخيزي زمين‌هاي دهاقان، مردم در گذشته به شكل ارباب و رعيتي و خرده‌مالكي به كشت گندم، جو، حبوبات و غيره به شكل سنتي مشغول بودند كه با روي كار آمدن وسايل كشاورزي، اين حرفه شكل جديدي به خود گرفت. كشاورزي به شكل سنتي با واژه‌­ها و اصطلاحات خاصي همراه بوده كه هنوز اين واژه‌ها و اصطلاحات در بين مردمان قديمي و افراد ميان‌سال باقي مانده است. نگراني نابودي اين واژه‌ها و اصطلاحات و لزوم حفظ آن‌ها، نگارندگان اين مقاله را به جمع‌آوري برخي از اين واژه‌­ها، واداشت. اين پژوهش با استفاده از روش ميداني و كتابخانه‌­اي به بررسي واژه‌ها و اصطلاحات مربوط به كاشت و برداشت، سروده‌هاي گندم‌كاران، ضرب‌المثل­­‌ها و شيوۀ آبياري محصولات كشاورزي با تكيه بر كشت گندم و جو در دهاقان پرداخته است. از بررسي مجموعه اعتقادات و نيز واژه­‌ها و اصطلاحات رايج در ميان كشاورزان دهاقان روشن مي‌­شود كه اين شهر، فرهنگي ديرپا و اصيل دارد و مجموعه‌­اي از آيين‌­ها و واژه‌­ها و اصطلاحات بسيار كهن و ناب را حفظ كرده است.

Dahaghan has been one of the regions with nice climate, fertile and suitable for agriculture since long time ago. Due to the fertility of the Dehaghan land, in the past, people were engaged in the cultivation of wheat, barley, beans, etc. in the form of peasant, lords and small owners in a traditional way, but via modernization of agriculture, this profession has shown a new form. Agriculture has traditionally been associated with certain words and terms that still remain among old people and middle-aged ones. The anxiety of these words and terms destruction and the need to preserve them made the writers to collect these words. Using the field and library method, this research has investigated the words and expressions related to planting and harvesting, wheat farmers' songs, proverbs and the irrigation method of agricultural products relying on the cultivation of wheat and barley in Dahaghan. From examining the set of beliefs as well as common words and expressions among peasant farmers, it becomes clear that this city has a long-lasting and original culture and has preserved a set of rituals, words and expressions very ancient and pure.
