اولويت‌بندي مؤلفه‌هاي مالي مؤثر بر سرمايه‌گذاري در بخش صنعت در استان لرستان با استفاده از تحليل سلسله مراتبي

Prioritizing the financial components of capital investment in the industrial sector of Lorestan province using Analytical Hierarchy process (AHP)

صنعت نه تنها به عنوان مسيري مرسوم براي توسعه مي­باشد، بلكه به عنوان يكي از نتايج جهاني شدن، مي­تواند شتاب­ دهنده­اي مؤثر براي توسعه باشند. در اين راستا، امروزه صنعت موجب پويايي و سرزندگي اقتصادي بسياري از مناطق جهان شده است، اما بايد در نظر داشت توسعه شتابنده و بدون برنامه آن نيز تبعات منفي بيشتري بدنبال خواهد داشت. بازار مالي صنعت به سبب نقش مؤثري كه در تأمين منابع مالي و سرمايه مورد نياز براي سرمايه­ گذاري و توسعه بخش صنعت دارد، داراي اهميت در خور توجهي است. لذا اين پژوهش در سال 1396و با استفاده از روش تحليل سلسله مراتبي و با تكميل 10 پرسشنامه از كارشناسان سازمان صنعت، معدن و تجارت با هدف اولويت­بندي مؤلفه­ هاي مالي مؤثر بر سرمايه ­گذاري در بخش صنعت در استان لرستان انجام شده است. نتايج نشان داد، از ميان عوامل مؤثر بر سرمايه ­گذاري در بخش صنعت، توجه به بخش خصوصي ، تزريق نقدينگي به بازارهاي مالي، به روز كردن مؤسسات مالي و اعتباري، ايجاد مراكز مشاورهاي مالي، تنوع در مؤسسه­ هاي مالي و اعتباري و فوق تخصصي كردن موسسات مالي و اعتباري به ترتيب، بيشترين درجه اهميت را داشته ­اند. حداكثر نرخ سازگاري در اين پژوهش برابر 98/0برآورد شده است كه بيانگر مطلوب بودن ميزان سازگاري در داوري­ها است. لذا پيشنهاد مي­شود با تأمين منابع مالي مورد نياز سرمايه­ گذاران از طريق گسترش بازارهاي مالي و سهام و نيز گسترش شركت­هاي سرمايه­ گذاري فعال، اتكاء سرمايه­ گذاران به منابع مالي بانك­ها كاهش يابد.

Industry is not only a conventional path for development,but as one of the results of globalization, it can be an accelerator for development.. In this regard, the industry has caused economic dynamism and vitality in many regions of the world, but it should be kept in mind that accelerated and unplanned development will also have more negative consequences. The financial market of the industry has a significant importance due to the effective role it plays in providing the financial resources and capital needed for investment and development of the industry sector. Therefore, this research was conducted in 2017 using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and by completing 10 questionnaires from the experts of the ministry of industry, mining and trade with the aim of prioritizing the financial components of capital investment in the industrial sector of Lorestan province. The results showed that among the components affecting investment in the industrial sector, attention to the private sector, injecting liquidity into the financial markets, updating financial and credit institutions, creating financial consulting centers, diversification in financial and credit institutions, and super-specialization Financial and credit institutions, respectively, have had the highest degree of importance. The maximum rate of consistency in this research is estimated to be 0.98, which indicates that the level of consistency in judgments is favorable. Therefore, it is suggested to reduce the reliance of investors on the financial resources of banks by providing the financial resources needed by investors through the expansion of financial and stock markets as well as the expansion of active investment companies."
