چكيده فارسي :
هدف اين پژوهش شناسايي عوامل موثر در موفقيت فدراسيون واليبال ايران بود. روش تحقيق حاضر كيفي و از نوع تئوري داده بنياد و زمينه‌اي بود. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق شامل كليه متخصصان و كارشناسان، نخبگان آگاه، مربيان و بازيكنان تيم ملي واليبال ايران بودند كه با استفاده از روش گلوله برفي تعداد 45 نفر انتخاب شدند. داده هاي حاصل طي سه مرحله كدگذاري باز، محوري و انتخابي تحليل شد. نتايج نشان داد كه شرايط علي اثرگذار بر موفقيت فدراسيون واليبال ايران، شامل سه دسته كلي عوامل نظارتي و مديريتي، زيرساخت فني و انساني و عوامل نهادي، شرايط زمينه‌اي و مداخله‌گر شامل چهار دسته كلي عوامل سياسي و قانوني، رسانه و تكنولوژي، مديريت منابع و عوامل بنيادي، استراتژي‌هاي عمل و يا راهبردهاي اثرگذار شامل شش دسته كلي استعداديابي، اقدامات فرهنگي و اجتماعي، توانمندسازي ساختاري، افزايش سرمايه مادي، حمايت دولتي و توانمندسازي نيروي انساني و پيامدهاي اثرگذار بر موفقيت فدراسيون واليبال ايران، شامل دسته كلي عوامل توسعه اقتصادي، توسعه حقوقي، توسعه اجتماعي و فرهنگي، توسعه فني و ساختاري مي‌باشند. در نتيجه مي‌توان گفت كه توجه به عوامل تبيين شده از قبيل، عوامل نظارتي و مديريتي، زيرساخت فني و انساني و عوامل نهادي، ضمن تثبيت وضعيت موجود، مي‌تواند به پيشرفت هر چه بيشتر فدراسيون واليبال ايران كمك نمايد. همچنين موفقيت بيشتر فدراسيون واليبال ايران، نيازمند برنامه‌ريزي استراتژيك مناسب و فراهم كردن زمينة مناسب به منظور رشد و تعالي فدراسيون واليبال و از طريق عواملي همچون استعداديابي، اقدامات فرهنگي و اجتماعي، توانمندسازي ساختاري، افزايش سرمايه مادي، حمايت دولتي و توانمندسازي نيروي انساني مي‌باشد.
چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of this study was to identify the factors affecting the success of the Iranian Volleyball Federation. The method of the present research was qualitative and of the data theory type. The statistical population of this study included all specialists and experts, knowledgeable elites, coaches and players of the Iranian national volleyball team that 45 people were selected using the snowball method. The data were analyzed through three stages of open, axial and selective coding. The results showed that causal conditions affecting the success of the Iranian Volleyball Federation, including three general categories of regulatory and managerial factors, technical and human infrastructure and institutional factors, contextual and intervening conditions including four general categories of political and legal factors, media and technology, resource management and Fundamental factors, action strategies or effective strategies including six general categories of talent identification, cultural and social measures, structural empowerment, increase of material capital, government support and human resources empowerment and consequences affecting the success of the Iranian Volleyball Federation, including the general category of economic development, development Legal, social and cultural development, technical and structural development. As a result, it can be said that paying attention to the explained factors such as regulatory and managerial factors, technical and human infrastructure and institutional factors, while stabilizing the current situation, can help the Iranian Volleyball Federation to progress as much as possible. Also, the further success of the Volleyball Federation of Iran requires proper strategic planning and providing a suitable environment for the growth and excellence of the Volleyball Federation through factors such as talent identification, cultural and social activities, structural empowerment, material capital increase, government support and human resource empowerment.
