تجديد و احياي مدرسه قم معاصر، در آغاز سده چهاردهم هجري شمسي و شرائط پيش آمده در دهه بيستم اين قرن، رشد و شكوفايي تفكر ديني در ايران وعراق به‌ويژه درحوزه علميه قم را به دنبال داشت. عزيمت علامه طباطبايي در سال 1325شمسي به قم و تمحض در تدريس و تأليف آثار كلامي، فلسفي و معرفتي، حمايت همه جانبه مرجعيت معظم آيت الله بروجردي و حضور فضلاي جوان دغدغه‌مند، سه عامل تاثير گذار در اين امر بود؛ به گونه‌اي كه مدرسه قم توانست در مباحث كلامي، در كنار فقه و حتي بيش از آن، علاوه بر جهان تشيع، در جهان اهل سنت و جهان غرب نيز حضور فعال و كارآمدي داشته باشد. نقش آفريني در توسعه و رهبري نهضت، مبارزه و پيروزي انقلاب اسلامي، و تأمين پشتوانه‌هاي فكري نظام اسلامي، از مهم‌ترين خدمات و حسنات اين مدرسه است. اين نوشتار با كاوش دراقدامات و خدمات و حسنات صورت گرفته، نقش آنان را در تحول دانش كلام و رشد و ارتقاي دين‌پژوهي در جامعه بررسي و تحليل كرده است و از يادآوري برخي كاستي‌ها و آسيب‌ها نيز فروگذار نكرده است.

The renewal and revival of the contemporary Qom school at the beginning of the 14th century AH and the conditions that occurred in the 20th decade of this century, followed the growth and prosperity of religious thought in Iran and Iraq, especially in the field of Qom theology. The departure of Allameh Tabatabai in 1325 Shamsi to Qom and his dedication in teaching and writing theological, philosophical and epistemological works, the all-round support of the majesty of Ayatollah Borujerdi and the presence of concerned young people, were three influential factors in this matter; In such a way that the Qom school was able to have an active and efficient presence in the theological debates, along with jurisprudence and even more, in addition to the Shia world, in the Sunni world and the Western world. Playing a role in the development and leadership of the movement, the struggle and victory of the Islamic revolution, and providing the intellectual support of the Islamic system, is one of the most important services and merits of this school. This article has been done by exploring actions, services and good deeds, and has analyzed and analyzed their role in the development of theological knowledge and the growth and promotion of religious studies in the society, and has not stopped reminding of some shortcomings and harms.
