Diagnosis of Domestic political behavior in organization Studies by Meta-Synthesis Method

رفتار سياسي يك واقعيت در زندگي سازماني است. افرادي كه اين واقعيت را ناديده مي‌گيرند ريسك بزرگي را پذيرا مي‌شوند. بنابراين شناسايي عوامل اصلي و بنيادين در كاربردي بودن پژوهش‌هاي صورت گرفته در حوزه‌ي رفتار سياسي در سازمان‌ها اجتناب‌ناپذير است؛ چرا كه اين دسته از رفتارها در سازمان‌ها به‌ دليل پيچيده شدن شرايط در حال افزايش است. براين اساس، هدف پژوهش حاضر، مروري بر تبيين دلايل ضعف پژوهش‌هاي انجام گرفته در زمينه رفتار سياسي در سازمان است. جامعه آماري شامل تمامي پژوهش‌هاي داخلي صورت گرفته در زمينه رفتار سياسي و نمونه آماري 44 پژوهش در اين حوزه است. اين پژوهش با استفاده از مبناي پارادايم تفسيري، روش فرامطالعه و استراتژي فراتركيب انجام شده است. براي تحليل اطلاعات از تكنيك تحليل مضمون استفاده شده است. نتايج حاصل از بررسي پژوهش‌ها به شناسايي 28 مضمون پايه در قالب پنج مضمون اصلي شامل مضامين ساختاري، فرهنگي، روش شناختي، انگيزشي و سياست‌گذاري طبقه بندي شد. در پايان پيشنهاداتي براي تحقيقات آينده ارائه شده است.

Political behavior is a reality in organizational life. People who ignore this reality take a big risk. Therefore, it is inevitable to identify underlying and fundamental factors in the applicability of research on political behavior in organizations, Because these behaviors in organizations due to complex conditions are on the rise. Accordingly, the purpose of the present study is to explain the reasons for the weakness of the research on political behavior in the organization. The statistical population includes all internal researches in the field of political behavior and statistical sample of 44 research in this field. This research has been conducted using the basis of interpretive-symbolic philosophy, meta-study and meta- Synthesis strategy and used Theme Analysis for extracting related points. The results of the research were classified into 28 basic themes into five main themes including structural, cultural, methodological, motivational and policy themes. Finally, suggestions for future research are presented.
