The hardwarism in the American foreign policy goes back to the seventies of the twentieth century, nonetheless, it was after the collapse of USSR that this issue began to be extensively theorized by American theorists and thinkers. The American stated foreign policy has taken shape after the collapse, on which advices have frequently been offered to the American government by the theorists. The emergence of the neo-conservatives, with the way they perceived the global situation, and the emphasis they laid on resorting to military power, in order to achieve political ends, caused this keyword and itʹs concept to be open to criticism. The actions taken by neoconservatives in Iraq and Afghanistan have paved the way for Americaʹs popularity with the Islamic world to decrease.
