سيستمي كارا به منظور مديريت تامين قطعات اوليه در واحدهاي صنعت خودروي ايران

The constant growth of Iran motor vehicle industry and the everyday increase in the number of suppliers in its production chain has increased the importance of using an effective part-procurement management system in the companies of these chains. According to the authorʹs studies, part-procurement systems in many of these companies follow a common pattern and suffer major deficiencies. The main basis for this is the inability of current systems to provide managers with sufficient true,up-to-date information required to make correct planning and control decisions. With the purpose of rectifying this cause and its consequent deficiencies, this paper presents the general framework of an effective part-procurement management system for these companies based on an integrated approach. This framework contains the principal concepts of a system, the detailed design and implementation of which should be utilized in a company. The companyʹs particular conditions should also be taken into account.
