چكيده لاتين :
Improvements in quality of services causes more effectiveness, clients and providers satisfaction, higher contraceptive continuation, higher contraceptive use, well-liked and economical programmes. A qualitative research was conducted in Zahedan in 1999 by the use of focused group discussion method. Clients, providers and managers took part in study. Clients were satisfied of services but they have not satisfaction of contraception methods and their side-effects education. More education and providers friendly behaviour were emphasized to improve quality of services. Both the providers and clients said that privacy should be strengthened . Providers declared that some reasons of uncompleted servicing are as so : a tendency to very speedy services, a lot of polyvalan administrative duties. Managers also believed that lack of providers motivation , lack of counselling skills and crowded clinic, caused low quality. Improvement in counseling skills, interpersonal relations, and solving the problems of providers and clients to accessing high quality is recomended.
