The Effect of Microwave Radiation on Dyeing of Polyester Fibers: Studying the Effect of Pre-treatment of Fibers in Organic Solvent

n this study, to increase the dye absorption capacity of polyester fibers, they were pre-treated in water and tetra-chloroethylene using microwave and exhaustion method. The results revealed that pre-treatment in C2CI4 and dyeing by microwave irradiation leads to a better dye absorption in comparison to untreated fibers. Finally, pre-treated fibers in water and the other pre-treated and untreated samples dyed by common exhaustion method.
