Feeding value of different bakery wastes, named, Sanggak, Barbary, Taltoun and Lavash (S, B, T, L) was determined. The proximate chemical analysis, dry matter feed intake (DUI), digestebility, rumen degradability using nylon bag technique and gas production (GP) of different bakery wastes were determined in sheep. The differences between mean of DM1, digestebility, rumen degradability of different bakery wastes were not significant. The proximate chemical analysis of different bakery wastes (S, B, T, L) for crude protein. crude fibre, ether extract, NHE and ash were 12.8, 0.6, 2.4, 79.5, 4.6 and 12.3. 0.5, 0.8, 83.5, 2.9 and 12.1, 0.4, 1.2, 81.5, 4.8 and 12.9, 0.8, 1.8, 77, 6.5 percent based on dry matter, respectively. A ration included 57% wheat straw mixed with 43% bakery wastes. In vivo digestibility coefficient of DM was 82.4, 81.9, 82.1 and 80.4 percent without intraction for different bakery wastes (S, B, T. L), respectively. The nylon bag results showed that effective degradability for rumen outflow rate of 5%/ h was 88.8, 84.8, 85.4 and 84.5% for different bakery wastes (S, B, T, L), respectively. The mean volume of GP for initinal four hours were 101, 99, 98, 93 ml per 200 mg DM. DM1 of different bakery wastes (S, B, T, L), when sheep had free access to straw, was 34.7, 39.3, 38.5, 37.1 g per kg metabolic body weight, respectively. The results indicated that bakery wastes can be used as a high energy feeds in sheep diet.
