چكيده لاتين :
This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of feed processing and probiotic supplementation (saccharomyces cerevisiae) on the apparent and true metabolizable energy levels of white lupin (lupinus albus variety ultra) Utilizing adult single comb white leghorn rooster. The statistical design was completely randomize design (CRD). Dehulling the lupin improved the apparent (AME) and true metabolizable energy(TME) and nitrogen corrected apparent (AMEn) and true metabolizable energy (TMEn) levels compared to the raw and autoclaved lupin (P<0.05). Supplementation of probiotic (single cell fungus yeast) to raw, autoclaved and dehulled Lupin did not improved the energy contents (P>0.05). Results of this experiment showed that, dehulling white lupin improved the AME, TME, AMEn and TMEn contents, but probiotic supplementation had no significant effect.
