The impact of sexuality and other specifications of the population on job satisfaction of university librarians

In this article a survey research is used to review the impact of sexuality and other population features on job satisfaction of the librarians of 73 central libraries of the universities of Iran. Findings of the research show that female librarians significantly have less job satisfaction from male librarians, and job satisfaction among librarians according to age, education, precedent in librarianship, kind of employment, monthly amounts received, engagement in management posts and other library affairs is significantly different.
