Knowledgebase: effort to create interaction between knowledge management and innovation

Competitive space of today organization has become more complicated, expanded and variable than ever. The speed of changes in information centers is more than their speed and ability to answer and to adapt. Therefore knowledgebase of any organization is a most important tool that its stability depends on innovation. In this article knowledge management issue is discussed with emphasis on the said disturbance of mind. In this framework along with stating the importance of an effective and functional organizational knowledgebase, categories like identification of knowledge gaps, consideration and selection of methods for its elision; strategic pathology and risk analysis, providing balance between organizational applied and pure sciences in order to increase quality of organizational knowledge management has been discussed. In conclusion a model has suggested in order to achieve innovation and benefits of continuous competitions.
